Very helpful Jenny. She's on top of everything...from list where to go, where the best place to eat and shop... As for the other staff, they always have the willingness to help. The room I stayed in, yes it's small with no window but bed is pretty huge for one and its comfortable. Breakfast, you have the North American options...4-5...

We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this hotel because of the good reviews on trip advisor.. however, I seriously don't know why people rate this place with 5*. The beds are the worst thing ever, you can feel the metal springs, the beds are well worn and would need a replacement urgently. There are also some bugs, flees...

Great location in the Old Quarter. Staff is very helpful and polite. The bed was in poor condition, the mattress was indented and uncomfortable. The most irritating thing is there is much noise pollution; such as, at around 6:45 or 7 am a news broadcast blares from a loudspeaker in the street occurs from anywhere for 10-20 minutes. This seemed...

We enjoyed our stay at charming hotel! We were greeted right away and was given a map as the receptionist showed us things to do. The room is great especially for the price. Once we left we realized we forgot a few things. After talking with the stage they went above and beyond trying to find what we forgot (even...

A pretty decent hotel in the Old Quarters. Given Uber is convenient, and costs just a dollar to the lake and the surrounding attractions, this hotel is a very viable choice of stay. Lots of eateries and tour agencies within walking distances.

Stayed here for 3 nights total, in between tours which were kindly organised by Jenny at reception for us. She arranged Sapa and Halong Bay for 4 of us, all the while keeping our bags and providing pick ups/drop offs and even breakfast and a room for a shower when we had a few hours to kill between the two...

This is a budget hotel. The breakfast is OK. The room is spacious. Our room had no window, only a small hatch from the bathroom to the stairway. The airconditioning was weak, quite an issue in Hanoi hot and humid climate. The closet was so shallow that the hangers hung facing the door, not sideways as common.

A small hotel in a narrow alley meant it was relatively quiet compared to the bussle of Hanoi. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and we had a room upgrade which was small yet clean with all the facilities we needed including a kettle and fridge. Recommend very strongly.
