The rooms are big and the property is well kept. The pricing is reasonable for this conveniently located hotel and the staff are really humble and good. They speak english and are very helpful. The hotel provides a free pick up and drop to the airport if your stay is for 7 nights and accept all international cards. They have...

What I love from this hotel is their exemplary accommodation to your needs. The owner and all the staff provide exceptional service. All our inquiries regarding tours, accommodation & airport shuttle were immediately responded thru email. Our complains were promptly addressed by the staff. Breakfast is serve buffet style, not in a very large selection and quantity but is ample...

We stayed at this hotel upon return from Ha Long Bay and found this hotel to be very basic. It was clean and simple - air con, fridge, wi fi. No complaints however we felt our previous hotel just down the street was better value for money.

For the price that we negotiated, this was a fair hotel, and we were able to store our bags during trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. However, the manager is arrogant and unfriendly, the other staff have very basic English and they do not seem to care for the needs of their customers. We also had some washing done, but...

Cons: - Our sheets had stains on them, black ink stains and some miscellaneous ones - When I asked for a kettle to boil some water for drinking, the kettle was from...

Nice staff. Great location!!! The room is good. The shower is very firm! But we had water all over the floor because the shower pointed that way (use shower curtain to avoid this). The matresses are very hard. There is a fridge and A/C and a closet. There is an elevator!!! The breakfast is the only thing we don't like....

We stayed here for a week in April 2013. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old quarter, 5 mins from the lake. The rooms are a little run-down, but we paid just $28 for a family room (double+single+extra bed) with a bath and balcony. One of the staff said we'd have to pay $5 extra for the...
