We had a very pleasant stay in Joseph Hotel. The people are lovely, very helpful and always smiling. The location right next to the Cathedral is convenient. Regarding the price and the quality, i highly recommand this hotel.

Joseph's hotel is like your room in grandma home, with their clean room and comfort bed. Although the bath room is small, but over all it provide comfort room for you to rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful, since your first booked through email until you are arrive, they always ready to help you. They help me booked...

Friend and I stayed here three nights total, and we were thoroughly impressed. Hotel is very clean and on a nice quiet street, removed from the hustle and noise of most of Hanoi. The staff, however, really makes this hotel -- they are extremely helpful and friendly. Whenever we requested a taxi, they would always escort us to the taxi...

The biggest perk about this hotel is it's location, near the Cathedral and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are simple. There's nothing particularly special. The water pressure was weak so the shower took longer. There is a constant mold smell and dampness in the hotel which is due to the humidity since they rarely use the aircon in...

This small hotel is in the perfect location, offering very comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, and a truly amazing staff! The staff was always available to answer questions, make arrangements for us and guide us to everything in the city. Our days started in the little dining area with breakfast and there was no better way to start the day than...

Our stay here was brilliant. We stayed here on our last night in Hanoi, and just wished we had found it sooner. It was clean, spacious, and had good facilities. Plus an amazing breakfast. It's a brilliant location. We stayed in four other places in Hanoi, and none came close to this. The staff were helpful and even stayed up...

This is my all time favourite, very reasonably priced, right next to the cathedral, minutes from the old town. Great staff, lovely breakfast. The top rooms have "wet rooms" as bathrooms - the shower head on the wall in the middle without curtain, making everything, including the toilet, wet. In return, they have a balcony. Lower floors have proper showers.

We loved the area around the hotel. Great restaurants, shops, cute streets. The hotel was clean and modern, and served a delicious breakfast for free. One minor complaint is that our shower leaked and the floor was always wet--not the best plumbing we've encountered. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

Just departing after six wonderful days spent at Joseph's Hotel. From the first afternoon when we heard the bells and chanting from St. Joseph's Cathedral and the warm reception from everyone at the desk, we felt embraced with hospitality. We stayed in two different rooms, 401 with small balcony overlooking the street which was a lot of fun and then...

This hotel was in very good condition. Really clean and up to date décor. The room came with a small balcony. The buildings across the street is really close. The hotel is located along a small side street, right smack in the neighbourhood. It can get a little noisy when the kids play till late at night. The chiming from...
