Spent 5 days in this delightful hotel in the old Quarter walking distance to all we could take in. Shopping aplenty close and handy. Staff provided excellent service with breakfast and our further travel needs. Sarah's service and caring attitude was comforting.

Stayed here for 2D1N on our last 2 days in Hanoi and it was such a pleasant stay. Service was excellent especially the hotel manager at the front desk. She was really nice and constantly there to care for her guests. Wifi was strong, room was clean and hot water was available all the time. All in all, everything was great, from customer service to location and cleanliness. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for one night after trying two different hotels in Hanoi. This one was by far the best. Location, value for money, aesthetic of the room, services, and best of all, the amazing customer service I received from all the staff there. Especially from Mabel at the front desk - she is kind, genuine and goes above and beyond for her guests! It was such a pleasant stay. And the location can't be beat!! I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a great hotel with superb value and attention to customer service.

Stayed here only for 2 nights because our flight back to our country got cancelled; but it was lovely. Location is prime. It’s in Old Quarter. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. For a hotel in Old Quarter, it’s actually very good and spacious. The beds in the rooms were adequately arranged. It did not feel tight at all. It was very comfortable. Lighting was very nice. Towels and sheets were fresh. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. Water pressure was great and hot water was available all the time. Our room on the second night had a tub! The breakfast was very nice. Chef prepared delicious food. The homemade yogurt is a must-try!! I wanted to have more and they offered but I got shy after having so much already. Airport transfer was also great. 12 USD only for a big nice van that could have accommodated at least 8 with big luggages. We didn’t get to try their Sapa and Halong Bay offers because our vacation was done by the time we stayed with Bella Rosa, but our stay with them was so relaxing and lovely. The receptionists and staff— Kelly, Sarah, and Mabel— were also very kind and accommodating. They put this hotel’s services on top. :)
