This place is very welcoming and warm by their so friendly team. I had a short stay just in 2 nights but this was a great time to be here. The room is clean with window, good breakfast, and moreover, a great team made this place unforgetable. Thanks for all!

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we loved it! The room was very nice and clean, there was air conditioning, great WiFi and the hostel has a very central location in the old quarter. The staff were so nice and helpful, especially Tom, and they even gave us the option to take a shower in one of the rooms the day after we were checked out. Such a nice hostel for a very low price! Would definitely recommend! 😊

I couldn't be happier about staying at this hotel. I mean it when I say the staff were super kind and helped us with everything they could. They are a travel agency aswell so we booked almost 100% of the buses we took with them at a very fair price (from 170.000-250.000 VND per pax). We used Hanoi as a "base", from Hanoi it is very easy to travel arround so what we did was HANOI-HA GIANG- HANOI- NINH BINH - HANOI- HALONG BAY- HANOI - MAI CHAU- HANOI. We stayed 5 different times in a month. Everything was very clean and the rooms are great (specially 401 - great views up there) But what I loved the most is that while we were away, in Ninh Binh for instance, we kept in touch with the staff in the hotel via WhatsApp and we could book buses and other stuff very fast and easily. We are going to miss you Tom and Tina, Roger and Mar

Let me say first of all that this is a really lovely hostel, with a brilliant location in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff are so kind. Our first impressions of the room were good, it seemed really clean and comfortable. If we had not of encountered our later problems I would have given this hostel a much higher review. We had booked to stay in this hostel for two nights, unfortunately on the first night at about 00.30 we found three live bedbugs crawling in the bed. We quickly packed all our stuff and went down to reception which is thankfully open 24hours. As it was so late at night we did not check out right away, we were given another room with the aim of addressing the problem in the morning. There didn’t seem to be a problem in this room but it’s hard to be 100% sure. The next morning we spoke to Tina about the situation at reception, she was so apologetic and helpful, I really cannot say anything bad about the staff. The hostel paid for all our clothing to be washed as a precaution, anything that couldn’t be washed we sealed in black bags and left out in the sun for the day. In the end we decided to check out early and not stay the second night, just not worth the risk. We were refunded for the first night without question. As I said before, this review is by no means an attack on this hostel, i would just hate if other people ended up having the same experience as us and I had don’t nothing to prevent it, I don’t believe the presence of bedbugs should be taken lightly. We were also told that this particular room would be fumigated, therefore it seems to be well managed.
