Every morning BEFORE 6 o'clock workers are hammering and drilling inside the building. Even after complaining it continued the following days, meaning they do not care about the guests. Will not stay here again, sorry. Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok. Cockroaches are in the room, even on the 7th floor.

The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and willing to help us out. The whole hotel was super clean and tidy. I love the style of Japanese room, it was so comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Especially, thanks to Robert and Tuyet, they are lovely couple in work all the time.

Good location, very attentive staff, comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. It's my first stay at this hotel and it was a very good experience. Staff was very helpful, Especially Mr Robert. After check-out I left my luggage in the storage and went to explore Hanoi. When I came back to pick up my bags Mr Robert allowed us to use their Jacuzzi (Hanoi summers can be very hot!).

I stayed two nights here. The room was comfortable, but the lack of exterior windows made adjusting to the new time zone difficult because there was no natural light. Food in the restaurant was not inspiring.

Brandi Fuji Hotel is a new 9 floor Hotel close to Lotte shopping center and only 30 min away from the airport. The Hotel staff had been very polite and caretaking. Our room 503 was a quiet and spacious room with a fantastic large and comfortable bed. We don't missed the outside window due to a good illumination and decoration. Wifi works excellent but you need to take care for the right floor router as every floor has it's own router which helps to keep the WiFi access excellent :) the breakfast in the 8th floor of the hotel had been very good so that my Thai friend and I had no problems to choose from the rich and delicious buffet. The hotel arranged for us a very good and reasonable taxi drop off (200k VND) with a very good and experienced driver. Summarized we warmly can recommend this hotel for private and for business trips as well if you wanted to stay outside old quarter. When you are looking for a very good price - performance ratio you have found your hotel :)

We stayed at the Brandi Fuji Hotel recently for 8 nights and were impressed. The service from the staff went above and beyond - they were always willing to help with any question or request we had. Full breakfast every morning had heaps of choice, and with lovely views over the city. There was no window in the room we stayed in, however, the rooms were so lovely and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The location was good for the business area, and is in close proximity to a range of restaurants and the Lotte shopping area. It was a fairly cheap taxi ride to the city, however, with traffic, could take longer at some points compared to others. We really enjoyed our stay - the wonderful staff definitely made the visit!

I stayed in Brandi Fuji Hotel for two night during a business trip. The choice was purely random, mostly based on the location. The hotel is nice, the room and bathroom are very comfortable and clean, breakfast good. Everything a little bit above expectation, a good hotel for a reasonable price. But I was completely amazed and delighted by the kind and caring staff. Because of an injury, I could not explore the city and while sitting in the hotel bar the hotel manager invited me to join them at the staff dinner celebrating the international woman day. Everybody, from the cleaning staff to the owners, was very welcoming and careful. It has been a real pleasure and honor for me to be hosted at the hotel, and I hope I will have the chance to go back more times.

Rooms are nice and clean. Near Lotte Shopping center and Australia Embassy. A small gym on 8th floor and sauna on 9th floor are advantage. The best point is restaurant. This hotel is suitable for business trip in Ba Dinh district.
