The most helpful staff we have ever had in a hotel. They were fantastic! We booked a great cruise on viet boat cruise with them to halong bay and when it got cancelled due to weather they gave us our room back, refund and sorted out a cruise for the next day for us. They sorted our train tickets and...

I was doing a course for a month so stayed here that whole time and it really started to feel like home. The staff were always friendly and greeted me whenever I came and went. They helped with anything I needed. Even after I had left the hotel they contacted me about someone who needed an english teacher (I'm living...

The Serenity is excellent value for money. It's well located in the Old Quarter, with very spacious rooms and free wifi. While a bit shabby, the rooms are absolutely spotless; the only complaint I have is that the water pressure is poor so the shower isn't much cop, but a minor gripe. The staff are absolutely lovely and very willing...

Serenity was the first hotel we stayed in upon arriving in Vietnam. We stayed for 4 nights, which qualified us for an airport pickup, which was super convenient and well appreciated. Upon arriving, the staff were incredibly friendly, offering us coffee and going over all of the sights/restaurants in the area. They arranged our trains to and from Sapa, our...

We stayed at Hanoi Serenity Hotel for a total of 4 nights. The staff was so caring and kind - greeting us each morning with smiles and asking about our day when we returned. They helped us book our tour to Halong Bay (with A Class Cruise and it was amazing!) and they also made wonderful, local recommendations for food...

Our first stay at Serenity Hotel was for four nights, which qualified us for a free airport pickup - greatly appreciated, since we had heard horror stories about Hanoi taxis. From the minute we arrived at the hotel, the staff was welcoming and hospitable. We sat through an incredibly brief sales-pitch (which conveniently walked us through the main sites in...

Backpacking across Vietnam and Thailand for 2 months (July- August). Location: Hanoi Serenity Hotel is very well located. Step outside and walk 15 -...

We were traveling around Northern Vietnam and using Hanoi as our travel hub. This meant that we spent over a week at the Serenity Hotel. We stayed in three room during our time there. All of them were very comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel had an absolutely amazing breakfast with free/unlimited coffee and tea served all day which were both excellent....
