We were recommended this Hotel by a friend and it did not disappoint us. We stayed in three different hotels (one a five star hotel) in Hanoi and this was the best. Service is warm, friendly and a delight. The breakfast is just the right amount and the freshly made rice rolls in Mint restaurant are absolutely delicious (and safe...

A great location for discovering Hanoi on foot. Helpful staff helped with recommendations for where to go for sights and for restaurants, and some useful Vietnamese vocabulary and tips for surviving the city traffic. Room was basic but clean. Yes, its right next to the cathedral and there is a lot of construction in the area but that was part...

My partner and I stayed here for three nights around the new year. We had a perfect stay. The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating, friendly, humorous, and warm. Mai, Sunni, and Ti were the best! They greeted us with smiles and ensured we had a fun stay while there. The room was clean, comfortable, and esthetically pleasing. The...

We stayed here just one night but the staff made us feel very welcome indeed. The rooms are nice and clean if a little dark. You can open the doors on the windows/balcony but as there is no mosquito net on the bed or windows, we refrained from doing so. Perhaps this might be one small way of improving this...

It would be virtually impossible to describe how deep my gratitude runs for the staff at Cinnamon Hotel. I came to Hanoi, Vietnam in search of peace and to fill a hole in my heart for the passing of my beloved father. He served in the Vietnam war and left this world too soon. My intention was to bring him...

Everyone at the hotel was helpful. It was such a pleasure that we came back to the Cinnamon after our trip to Healing Bay. Stay here!

Have previously visited the Cinnamon in Ho Chi Minh City and had a good idea what to expect. Which is: A comfortable, clean room, reasonable food - but most of all great personal service. Nothing is too much much trouble for the excellent staff.

We stumbled across this place having arrived in Hanoi to discover the hotel we booked couldn't take us, but they could put us up in their sister hotel (no thank you). So we asked if Cinnamon had any rooms and they confirmed they did but only for one evening. The staff at Cinnamon are lovely and very helpful. Couldn't ask...

The location is great - the nicer part of the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel. But the mattress was too hard for me and there's much better value for money around the same area. I would not stay here again.
