Well, location next to the Opera is great ! The deco and infrastructure of the Hotel, mid very good, complimentary upgrade was much appreciated ;-) Just I think staff training manager should improve. Room service 4 calls to understand which wine ( you should put numbers in front o the wine name !) and that is good for other Hotels as...

Excellent service at this boutique hotel and staff very attentive. Great breakfast menu including a la carte at no extra cost. Beautiful thick towels in bathroom and luxurious bathrobes which we used to go to the pool which conveniently was on our floor. We also enjoyed happy hour in the bar area which offered two for one beer and wine....

It's a cute hotel, and I chose it for the location. Unfortunately for $200 I was expecting more. Breakfast not included aside, the sound proofing is nil. I could hear the traffic outside as if the windows were open... day and night. There was a funky smell coming from the bathroom sink, and the sink itself was way too shallow....

My first trip to Hanoï in 20 years after initially coming regularly from the late 80s.What a pleasure to find such an excellent hotel : warm welcome, lovely room with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a long time. Delicious breakfast with crisp Danish pastries. Dinner was pretty good too. Only minor glitch was the breakfast...

The owner told me that 3$ for domitory and 5$ for single room. It seemed pretty cheap. So, I decided to stay the domitory room. (it didn't look like domitory but regular twin room) After I walked around and came back to the hotel, The owner told me that a family is going to stay in the domitory room so...

Having just read the previous reviews on this hotel from 2 years ago I can't believe this hotel is still carrying on like this! I agreed a rate of $10 USD for a room at this hotel. A taxi driver recommended it. I went and checked the room and it seemed very nice, spacious, with a huge balcony overlooking the...

We were walking around the old quarter of Hanoi looking for a place to stay. A guy came up to us and told us about his new hotel which had a room with internet access, so we agreed to have a look at the room. It was a spacious room with both a double & single bed, balcony, air con,...

I stayed this place as a motorcycle driver suggested. The room is ok and worth the price.(reasonable) But while i was away, hotel staff moved my lagguage from the room without my permission and some was lost. The location was not convinient at all too. Better staying at other place!!

Excellent little find in the Old Quarter Hanoi. Through circumstances beyond my control I found myself at this brand new establishment, with great staff and excellent rooms. Best rates in Vietnam for clean rooms with all the luxuries one would expect. Staff are friendly and exceptionally good people. Will definately be staying on my return to Hanoi.!!!!!!!!!1
