Stayed here 5 nights and I was quite happy with what were offered. Location was good, about 10 mins to the heart of the old quarter, less than 3 mins to Tong Duy Tan food street. Staff was very nice, dedicated and thoughtful. Room was elegant and spacious. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Would recommend it to anyone who's about to travel to Hanoi.
Landing in Hanoi with no plan or guidebook (very last minute holiday!) Thomas was invaluable in arranging a walking food tour, bike tour, bus trip to NIH Bing - all excellent. He also booked my train ticket to Dong Hoi for the overnight train to Phang Nah to visit the Caves - another excellent suggestion. Hotel in good location, clean nice rooms and very friendly staff.
This hotel was not my original choice. But due to unforeseen circumstances, my booking was changed to this hotel. This ended up being a great piece of luck. The Hotel, is very clean, comfortable and in a great Location, right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
We came to the hotel by chance and were welcomed very nice with a drink from friendly guys. We stayed 3 nights, left our luggage at the hotel and went to halong bay for a night (well organised by the hotel). Came back for another night at the o‘gallery. The breakfast is great, rooms are clean and the hotel is situated in the nice old town. We felt completely welcomed and got many good tips from the stuff. If you have any questions ask Thomas, the manager, he is helpfull everytime. We defenitly recommend this hotel!!! :))
When Vietnam opened its borders for tourism recently, we decided to take the opportunity to visit Hanoi again. It was indeed a good decision to stay in O'Gallery again - we previously stayed in this cosy hotel in late 2018. Tourism activities are starting to trickle back to Hanoi and suits those who prefer a less rowdy crowd. Both the hotel managers, Thomas Nguyen and Annie really extended very warm hospitality towards us. They were very helpful in offering advice and made good recommendations on local Vietnamese eateries in the vicinity of the hotel. Annie even accommodated our request for breakfast that were not in their menu. Our heartfelt thanks to both Thomas, Annie and the rest of the team for making our holiday in Hanoi a most memorable one.
It was my first visit to Vietnam and what a wonderful unforgettable experience it was! Not only the amazing city attractions, the O'Gallery Hotel where I stayed made my trip even more enjoyable. Its location is within walking distance to many attractions and I could easily explore the city on foot. My room was cozy and spacious and I loved the little treats they left for me. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, so I didn't feel nervous staying alone. I enjoyed my breakfast and dinner meals everyday at the hotel restaurant - delicious Vietnamese dishes I never tired of eating! I plan to stay at O'Gallery again the next time I am back in Vietnam.
Excellent service. Starting with the introduction & a brief introduction to the city & a Map of the locality with a list of local eateries & shopping places are provided. Do's and Don'ts are given to you & explained. I was told how to manage myself with the local shops where you are forced to buy something, traffic, and local restaurants. My Wife is a vegan, The staff searched and provided few vegan restaurants. From here I left to Halong Bay. One my way back before I go to Hanoi Airport, O'Gallery Premier offered me a free room for a quick shower and get fresh before I leave to the Airport. This gave a great feeling after a 4 hours long drive back to Hanoi. You can see & feel that the Hotel staff put full effort to keep the guests comfortable & happy to provide the best possible experience. I strongly recommend O'Gallery Premier for to anybody travelling to Hanoi.…
I stayed here 3-nights while visiting Hanoi with a large group of friends. The location is very good. Reception staff speaks English and they were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby, common areas and dining room were well maintained. My room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent. The morning buffet breakfast was very delicious and plentiful. Very attentive waitstaff. The hotel offers spa services and my massage was quite good there. The spa area was also clean and well maintained. This boutique hotel provided our group with a terrific and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your kind hospitality!
We stayed at the O'Gallery Premier a week, all-told, and can recommend it without qualification. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the staff is helpful, friendly and courteous, the restaurant and breakfast were among the best in our 2 months in SE Asia, and the location puts you in reasonable walking distance of nearly anything you'd want to see in Hanoi. We'd definitely return.
the hotel location is good as it allow you to access and explore Hanoi on foot. However, due to the structure of the building, the hotel is not big but just tall. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hanoi for the first time.
