Great hostel I stayed 5 nights at. In a good location within the old quarter, my dorm had comfortable beds with a curtains, aircon and a big balcony. The staff were really helpful, friendly and always smiling, I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travellers, great value for money with breakfast included. 🙂

The hostel is in a perfect location in the old quarter, with all needs within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, making you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. They are also very helpful in giving advice for the local area as well as helping us sort travel arrangements to get to our next destination. Stayed at the Hanoi...

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! They made everything easy. I bought a sim card from them and they installed it. They arranged taxis for me so I didn't have to haggle over the price. They even had a taxi at the airport waiting with my name on a sign, for the hour drive to the hostel for $15. This is...

Got a private room, had no windows so felt like a cell. Bathroom tiny...drain smelled of stale cigarette smoke and made noise in the middle of the night. Staff were nice enough tho they over charged us for a train ticket to sapa. Street noise echoes throughout the whole place. Shower was good and hot but classic over the toilet...

The hostel is at a really convenient location in Hanoi. Many sights are within a short/medium walk from the hostel. Breakfast is freshly made in the morning and really good as well. Furthermore, the staff is extremely helpful and super nice and really helped us organize and plan our further journey through Vietnam. Given the price per night I can...

At only about $4 a night for an 8 bed dorm, this place is great. Beds in Asia are generally pretty hard, but the ones here at least tried to be a bit softer. They have a soft top, but the soft mattress is still too thin so you do touch the hard bottom. Regardless, each bottom bunk has their...

We stayed 3 nights at Hanoi Lotus before coming back and spending an extra two there because we loved it so much. As it's a recently opened hostel, everything is very clean and the beds are super comfy, with fluffy pillows and duvets which are changed daily. The staff are so helpful and friendly, always asking if you slept okay...
