It was a nice hotel. It was very clean and well-kept. I would recommend it to someone who does plan to stay in the city. It has a great location for it is right in the centre. The staff is friendly and overall, it is very good.

swan (one of the receptionists) is the best! if anyone else is dishonest, she clearly isn't! conduct all your dealings with her and you'll be fine. our room also had a computer with free internet access so it was great! it's budget so don't expect anything posh but it's decent and the showers work.

They go out of their way to help you and they really make the stay alot more pleasant. After all it is the little things like that that matter! We booked... More

We booked this hotel online. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked our Sapa trip through them and it was enjoyable. They were very kind to give us a room to bathe (TWICE) as we were either traveling on the train or returning to our country. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are very clean and the place... More

We were transferred to the Queen Star following an issue with our other hotel's booking. They gave us a room on the ground floor directly behind the kitchen. Well, where to begin... The room stank of a damp and musty smell and was by no means clean. There was a window that led into the corridor with no curtain on... More
