We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the property very much it is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous landscapes, very well manicured grounds, delicious breakfast buffet, and SUPERB SERVICE! I look forward every morning to having delicious coffee and traditional Vietnamese breakfast and fresh fruits! I will definitely return back. Rooms are comfortable, clean with beautiful views. I prefer to stay at a hotel such as VinPearl over many western hotels. Support the Vietnamese when traveling in Vietnam.

We had a great stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long with full-board benefits. My niece and nephew loved the big pool while mom and dad were happy with the buffets. Excellent hotel with great treatments at the spa by Do Huong for hot stone massage. Haf a very relaxi g 90 mins massage. Would recommend visiting the sauna and jacuzzi before your treatment too. Would definitely visit again.

Only stayed for one night but absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel grounds are beautiful, from the arrival experience to the ferry boat to the hotel grounds. It was a bit cold in February so we used the indoor pool and gym and not the beach club, but everything was so well-designed and clean. Loved the guestroom/bathroom amenities including the colorful robes and plush slippers. The staff was so lovely and attentive all around. The buffet food was AMAZING! One of the best in the world I've had. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

While the location of this property is outstanding it has a Vegas vibe to it. The boat takes you from mainland to the island and the staff great you like you are on an episode of White Lotus! The public areas are quite impressive with soaring columns and chandeliers. And the grounds are maintained by a crew that does most of the work manually. Sweeping walkway brooms vs blowers and picking weeds and trimming bushes with shears. So it’s quiet. Being able to use the pool and beach while viewing is this UNESCO world heritage site is amazing. So why 3 stars? The guest rooms and hallways are in dire need of maintenance and upgrading. Rooms are plain and cheaply furnished with laminate floors. For one night it’s ok but for an extended stay not so much. The food is served buffet style and is not bad, but nothing exceptional. Not sure how this compares with other hotels in area it may well be the best choice.…

Ms. Than Thao at Akoya restaurant is absolutely brilliant. She should be hired as a professional photographer, her picture taking skills are pro level. Excellent hospitality by everyone. Can’t believe not many people know about this gem. Highly recommend. Love from India.

When you arrive, you take a ferry in the Ha Long Bay to the hotel. It’s located on its own private island! The rooms are very cute with a nice balcony that provides a great view. Went to the spa and the hot tub was cold but the steam room was pleasant. The pool and beaches were out of this world!

We went in the TET holiday week. The hotel is on an island and you can only get in and out via their fancy boat which runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is surrounded by beaches has a huge outdoor swimming pool and a large indoor swimming pool. The spa was great and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast had many options and the restaurant was vegetarian friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we went to the sun amusement park which was good fun. The reception in the ‘mainland’ helps with the taxi and they were available in less than a minute when we asked for one. Huge kids club and lots of huge families were there and it was a very festive atmosphere.
