The room was spacious and well designed. Amazing ocean view from the window. The breakfast was delishios. Staff is really friendly. One thing I didn't like massage there and spa procedures. The beach was not really far. Not clean beach.

Stayed here for 2 night. This hotel is kind of old and needed renovation to keep relevant. Female receptionist was conversant in english which is a rare gem in this area. Price was pretty neat at about 30usd per night. Comes with a swimming pool overlooking a cafe which complimentary buffet breakfast is served. WIFI was surprisingly pretty bad, dropping... More

The view is gone. They are building a theme park in front of it. The room and bathroom are old. Bed with old Spring matrass. Breakfast is ok, staff is friendly and it's near restaurants. In the future might be well located for accessing the theme park. Not a 4 start hotel.

Definetely not first class, but enough for a good start at the Unecso sight of Halong Bay. The welcome reception was very friendly, as we have been part of a group, so all perfect and well organized. The Room was okay in the 6 floor, convinient and simple from the interior, the room could be cleaner. Breakfast was simple as... More

Halong bay is changing fast. This hotel is centrally located slight back from the coast. But immediately in front of it is a big roller coaster as part of the huge amusement park that is being built so it may not be that quiet. Well appointed hôte with many facilities including karaoke bars. There is a stale.smell.....

Stayed here during our honeymoon trip. Booked this hotel last minute cos our cruise got cancelled because of a storm. My husband cursed the wifi signal in the room. Upon exiting the elevator on the way to your room, there is an unpleasant, stuffy smell because of the carpeted floors and even in the room. The hotel is indeed a... More

While I didn't stay in this hotel, I visited purely because I couldn't find a restaurant anywhere else. The food was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. They spoke very good English and adapted their menu items to suit our dietary needs. The pool looked lovely.

Stayed for only one night (whistle stop tour of Vietnam) but a nicely appointed hotel. Had a huge room on the eastern corner of the hotel. Good breakfast, and a great location for the trip around Halong Bay that morning. Good exchange rate for $$ to VM Dong as well, so we all stocked up with cash. In the evening... More

The hotel is located in a good location, face to the bay. The room is quite old but comfy. No balcony even your room is face to the bay, shame. There wifi in every room, but not strong signal, no complain, it's free! The breakfast is good!
