Horrible hotel. The staff are rude and we were completely ripped off for our Ha Long Bay tour - charged $45 dollars for 6 hours compared to the $20 dollars that others on our boat payed. When we asked about this the man at reception was incredibly rude and laughed in our face. He was happy to be making $60... More

Terrible travel service in this hotel. I ordered bus to Hue for next day 5pm. Hotel guy promised to pick up us at 5pm. At 5:10pm nobody comes and when I come to hotel, guy was surprised "Oh, sorry, I forgot" At 5:30 PM we were catching bus on two motorbikes somewhere 10 km on motorway. Route to Hue and... More

Worst hotel ever been, don't go! Don't book any tour or bus they rise the price up. Book your tour or bus in Hanoi or somewhere else. They try to chatch you with a cheap room and after that you pay a lot for the tours.

My father and me went straight to the Halong Bay to book a Halong Bay tour. This Hotel offered us a nice tour with wrong promises. In the leaflet were just beautiful photographs of a ship, which probably doesn´t exist. In the tour should be included friendly stuff, a new modern ship, nice meals, kayaking tour, trekking, visiting of some... More

I'm not sure if the manager was stung a bit by the last review, but we were happy with how he treated us. True, stairs are a problem, especially for two sixty-year-olds with backpacks. And in general, we were severely disappointed with the "rip-off the tourists" attitude we met everywhere else in Bai Chay - perhaps why so many tourists... More

Made a trip booking and booked a taxi with them to the airport. Got in the taxi to go to the airport and the guys raised the price by 20 percent. This was after a price had been agreed 2 days previously. And we had seen the. Management every day before where they could have told us and made other... More

My friends and I took a day tour in Halong bay but opted to do an overnight stay in Halong instead of going back to Hanoi after the tour. What I had in mind for us was to have an accommodation near the coast since we wanted to see Halong bay early in the morning. Ky Moi Hotel gave us... More

“You can safely take a room at the front in this hotel, especially if you are high up; there isn't much traffic noise. You'll look out your window at a nice night market of grilled seafood restaurants, of the sort that locals enjoy - plastic kindergarten chairs, set up at dusk and vanished by morning.”
