We are staying here with the package and everything is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had the 7 course dinner which was of a very high standard and the cruise was excellent and a day we will remember with a lot of happiness I totally recommend this hotel…
The exterior and room is bit run down. The breakfast variety could be better. There are shops and restaurants Opposite hotel but it is for tourist. So you may bargain for price. Free WiFi in lobby and room.
I spent one night in this hotel. Overall there wasn't many problems but services are not totally 4 star hotel. Room is quite old and dark. Staff are not friendly. I didn't see any smile at least. We don't feel welcomed here.
It’s ok to spend a night there if you come very late and check out early in the morning. It’ likely a state-owned 4-stars hotel but this rank has been achieved for longtime ago and the recent services are not equivalent to the granted level.
This is an average hotel with good views. But check-in takes around 30 mins. They keep passports with them and charges for everything (if lost, even room key-card). Governed by very harsh rules and regulations. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice.
