It looks down Xuan Huong Lake, the biggist lake in the central of the city. Locate in the central and very near from business center of the city. Everything in the room looks old. Tranquil place for tourist, esp the elder. Staff is nice

On arrival we found the room to be rather tired and in need of repairs. Although not to bothered about the initial state of the room, I must say the cockroach that has just crawled across our bed (which I have presented to the night staff) I find somewhat disturbing considering I have paid $60US for tonight's accommodation. The pictures... More

Amazing location, this aged hotel have its prime location. In walking distance you are in the main city. 2 mintues away from Dalat market, less than a minute away from restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is great. You can request for fresh eggs to be made with the hotel staff. There's a varieties of selection (pls keep on mind it's... More

The location and setup of the hotel are ok. It just lacks care and attention and people that know what hospitality is about. Reception staff does not look up when you enter the lobby. Rooms, although a bit dark, are not bad but maintenance is poor. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast is bad if you don't want a... More

we took about 4 hours from SG to Dalat by motorbike. The weather is quite cool, cloudy and a little bit rainy on way. we were back here after long time to visit. Booked good price, hotel is near market, gardens, exciting place to see, opposite of Xuan Huong lake but room quite old. The rest things are ok.

Beautiful view from the hotel towards the scenic lake. Very convenient and short distance to town. Included breakfast - not much of a selection. Quiet location. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom could use a refurbishment. Shower door needs to be replaced.

The hotel is now called Blue Water, so finding it was a bit of a problem for our driver. I visited as part of a large family group. While my room was reasonably clean, others found quite a bit of dirt and grime. The room was quite basic and everything seemed worn and weary. From the front window, I could... More

We opted for this place for the hands-down best location in town. It has space for garden, view to the lake, one of the nicest cafe in town just across the street. Many popular attractions are within walking distance, including the Market, Escape bar, Veronica cafe (2 mins), the Flower Garden, St Nicholas Cathedral (5 mins), even the tourist information... Location is great - very central. The thing no one tells you is that its called the Blue Water Hotel. The taxi from the airport had major issues trying to find it and didn't understand my English telling him it was next to the lake. The rooms are in a fair condition. Noise is quiet. Breakfast is OK - coffee... More

Despite no sign outside, this is now operating as Blue Water Hotel and Restaurant, connected with the restaurant on the lake across the street. They're also soft launching a patio cafe on the premises. Changes aren't made totally across the board: still see Empress towels and door signs. Rooms are nicely styled and good size, decor a bit dated, could... More
