We booked this room online because we got a good deal and the reviews were good. The room was great. Large, good lighting and big comfortable bed with good linen. The location was pretty average, too far away from the lake and the city centre to walk and not an attractive setting. The hotel provides a shuttle taxi service, but...

Although out of the Centre of Da Lat this hotel is quiet with enough shops around you to pick up food or beers. Fabulous restaurants and Centre of town a short Cab ride away. Buffet breakfast included is both American and Asian with many choices. Staff were helpful and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a Wendy Wu escorted tour. The hotel is nice enough but situated well away from the town centre and the lake, too far to walk. We found that our room was part of a larger room that had been divided in half with a partition wall. This left only a small...

The La Sapinette hotel is great. It has a very large foyer and also a lounge area where you can sit and listen to lovely background music. There is also an area outside with tables and chairs to sit as well. We booked a suite but when we arrived it only had a king size bed in it so they...

Stayed here two nights on our tour, sadly everyone seemed to have good spacious rooms unlike us we had room 711 up in the roof , so our room was small as in the roof area not square , also it had obviously been cut in half as we had half a window, and a connecting door, with 3 children...

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Service and Staff, and Best Value for money! Loved my experience here from the time we checked in, having been upgraded to the junior suite at no cost, to the good buffet breakfast and service / smile from all the staff. Thanks. Only downside would be that it's about a 5 minute taxi ride to town, which...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights whilst exploring Da Lat. It seems a little out of the way at first and takes about an hour to walk to town centre/market area, or a five minute (cheap) taxi ride. The hotel was quite empty, the room we stayed in was very comfortable, and the bed soft, everything we...

The rates via Agoda were very cheap. The hotel came nice and clean. Location is about 3km away from central but okay to do by bike. Passport only needs copy. No deposit. And even we forgot something in the room it was no problem to get it back after checking out. We didn't try the breakfast cause the bed gave...

Staff were really caring (offered breakfast box as we checked-out early and taxi service). Beds are super cosy Staff didn't explain hotel facilities and what's included in the booking (gym? sauna?). There was no iron to borrow.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Main drawback is the restaurant and breakfast. No breakfast for Westerners, only for Asian people. Nobody speaks or understands English, not even normal milk or coffee or jam were available. A pity, because Dalat is certainly worth the visit.
