This hotel is nice, the staffs are friendly but the cleaner stole my pants with no reason and I don't like it. The food is delicious but I don't like the food here. It's located far away from the city center and has no advantage. Though the room is fully furnished, tourists can have many alternative choice to suit their... More

The room and service is far from my expectation. Hardly get a four star room with buffet breakfast with 50$. Nothing to complain but only the lay out and instruction. I get lost when coming back from the restaurant. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

We visited quite a few hotels and hostels so far in Vietnam, and Vietsovpetro in DaLat is far from our favourite. The staff was friendly and polite, specially in the breakfast restaurant. Our room and the entire floor smelled like mould and cigarettes. The hotel was very noisy from 5.30 a.m., with the staff shouting in the halls. We actually... More

Where do I start?.. Desk clerk is extremely helpful the only good thing about the stay although whole staff lacked English language. Asked for a auto motorbike and received a bike with a empty tank, no right indicator, headlight didn't work and no speedo all which didn't help cause place is in the middle of nowhere with no shops or... We traveled there in off season, so the hotel was almost empty. I've double feeling about the hotel. From one side, the hotel has good new rooms in the new section. The space in a deluxe room is enough for a family staying with two adults and one 2-years-old baby. The room was clean and well cleaned by the service... More

We had an early arrival at Vietsovpetro House at 6 am after a long bus journey. We made a booking beforehand and noted in the comments that we will be arriving early and requested that we would have early check-in. We arrived at the hotel and exhausted from the trip were hoping to have a quick and easy check-in... however... More

This is a curious hotel -- starting from the name --- Vietsovpetro Hotel --- a hotel created by a petrochemical joint venture between Vietnam and the Soviet Union It has aspirations --- building looks nice, beds nice, lobby nice But it is still unfulfilled stayed in B wing (the nicer wing) for a week ---- no temperature controls or fan... We managed to score some discounted rooms, and were really blown away by how nice the hotel is. Very good breakfast in the morning, they really nail the fried eggs! (somewhat a rarity in Vietnam).

I've just leave Dalat. Just one night and one day, not many things to say. But I have to say that the staff is very nice. Hotel is clean with fresh air when you are in room which is not like others in the raining season. Thank you Mr. Nhon, Manager for taking care of us.
