The hotel was ok, our room was clean and not wet but maybe because we stayed on the top floor. We barely heard aby noise from the street but we could hear dogs barking and also roosters. The staff was ok and helped us rent a motorbike for two days. However their english wasn't good. Breakfasts were ok but I would appreciate more varied selection of food and fruits.

We were recommended to stay at this hotel by friends who said it was great value for money. We couldn't believe how damp and smelly our room was on arrival. There were also hairs all over the floor and the towels in the bathroom. We requested to see another room, however, this was just the same and smelt terribly of damp. We decided to leave and find somewhere else!!

Shower is good & it's clean but it is the most noisy place i have ever stayed in my life. Dogs barking, Roosters crowning. Building works right outside the place that start from 7am. Just general noise from the street is so easy to hear. Banging sounds like it comes from the next room. Crazy!

We booked a standard king room with balcony on Booking.com for the night of 15 November 2017. Despite us staying at the property, their staff (most likely the receptionist) had the audacity to report us as a "No-Show' to booking.com earlier today. They were fully aware that my wife and I weren't happy with both their service and facilities last night and, as a form of avoiding a bad review on Booking.com, they resorted to lying to their business partner (also evading a 15% commission payable to Booking.com for our reservation). Room 305, which was the room allocated to us, has moldy balcony windows and that's why, as soon as soon one gets into the room, it stinks of mold. The Wi-fi worked intermittently but at a dial-up speed. The receptionist first gave a room that didn't have a balcony, then tried to charge us more for the correct room type. Both her attitude and demeanor are appalling. The rooms are spacious but there is a construction site next door so, if you are a light sleeper, don't count on having any sleep. Contrary to most hotels in Vietnam, this property also charges their guests for the drinking water in the room. The only positive aspects of the room were the space and the big TV. Based on my experience, I would recommend the Tripadvisor community to avoid this hotel like the plague.

We stayed 3 nights in the Dang Uyen Hotel and had a lovely time. The hotel is very clean and has an elavator up to the rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak OK English. Overall a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.
