This hotel has very unfriendly stuff, the room has a very strange smell and the bathroom is Dirty and rusty. Even only 400 bath are too much for this. I like to stornieren my room but they die not accept to give back the money. For me this place is not Acceptable.

Paper thin walls and doors, 6 flights of stairs to the second floor. Hotel receptionist just let himself into the room while we where sleeping to see if we lost a key even though the door was locked. No toilet paper, towels not changed in 2 days

In short: the reviews and photos are a lie. If you are a female traveller alone, do not stay here. The people who run the hotel and hang out there leer at you. More detailed: Trip here started well as the management arranged a transfer for us from phuket airport. Then we got to the hotel and it went downhill. They gave us our room key, was on 3rd floor with no lift (we dont mind, but as a 'hotel' we were given a key and shown a door. No attempt to help with luggage so beware of you aren't fit!). Got to the room and sheets had smears of dirt that you could feel so it was clear they hadnt been washed. Bathroom was nothing like pictured here, was a toilet with a shower head to the right of it. We chose not to speak to management after looking on here & seeing the reviews stating they were rude. The next day we went on a day trip so left our key at reception for it to be cleaned as we needed toilet paper and new towels. We returned 5 hours later and the room still hadnt been cleaned they said they were 'busy'. We were told to ask the cleaners when we see them to clean our room. We asked, they didnt understand. We asked for new towels only and they said they dont provide them. Eventually came back with 1 for us to share. Like I mentioned at the start, female travellers I wouldnt recommend staying here alone. Was the only place in thailand i felt uncomfortable. If this was a hostel, I wouldnt have really minded the room/ cleaning / towel situation. However they describe themselves as a hotel which is absolute nonsense. On the plus side the location is good for the beach.

RESUME Group of 6 Of course for the value presented we were not expecting luxuries, but education and malice were something we were not expecting Starting from absurd infiltrations into the rooms, through the maintenance from rented scooter, that wanted me to pay for the arrangement (mechanic immediately warned me not to do so as it was not my fault - scooter without 1 drop of oil ), followed by 1 "F... Off and go sleep" from the night receptionist who was sleeping on the reception couch, because a colleague of mine lost the card, which was only for turning on the room light and the AC, and it could be any kind of card in the slot (we find out for ourselves ), at horrible breakfast, I advise you to take a look at the cleanliness of the kitchen :( , the hotel leaves much to be desired and ranking clearly influenced by fake comments

Indian management. First of all, I entered the hotel and they just started to laugh at me after seeing my passport picture, saying the one in the picture was a top model, and not me in the reality, then didn’t went better... they ask me if i wanted a room with a balcony for extra price (100 bht more), i refused; they show me the first room and it was already not okay, but most important thing there wasn’t a security box in the room as they promised to me....i just went downstairs to ask if they could show me where was and they realized as well was not in the room. I change the room, hoping there was in the second one, there wasn’t as well as you can imagine. They told me that they will provide to me as soon as i will come back to the hotel in the late afternoon. How i am supposed to go outside of the room without a safe place where to put my personal belongings to leave in spare?... and how you can put a security box in the wardrobe without installing it in the wall? Really confused i asked again for the box. After 40 minutes of waiting at the lobby with my personal belongings, they were still taking time for themselves, so, stressed i told them i was not there to waste my time and then i just added that i will not be sleeping there at any conditions, because the premises and the pictures of the room was not corresponding at all at the reality. The room was even really dirty everywhere, but the bathroom disappointed me the most. So they give me a security box literally in my hands and that was! It was as big as my little backpack, so as you can imagine everybody could stole it from the room without beeing seen. At the end they even lied to me about the treatment they had with me with the costumer service i was on the phone with to deal the situation, just not to give me back refund for the room. I felt so pity for them to make this situation so unacceptable, rude and undelicate in front of a solo traveller woman as me, just to charge me two misery nights without refunding not even one of the two nights.
