Located just a bit off the main roadways, this property offers a very good price as well as nice staff to help with any special requests. If booking via the hotels Website I do recommend getting the Deluxe King room for just a few baht extra. It comes with a mini afternoon tea that exceeds the small price difference, not to mention being a larger room!

excellent property, a diamond in the rough. It is located in a convenient neighborhood, 15 min walk to local attraction. It is hidden on side streets, which is slightly inconvenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and there is a pool which was excellent for swimming laps, and gym which I used as well. I appreciated the washing machine in the room, which I used, and was able to hang my clothes on the balcony racks that were designed to hang laundry. I didn't cook in the kitchenette, but I did use microwave, fridge, and hot water pot. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom/shower were excellent.

The Aster is a gem amongst Pattaya Accommodations! This well appointed hotel has everything you need for a great stay!
The staff is extraordinary and so polite and accommodating. The manager takes great pride in his establishment and goes to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction !
The room are spacious and come with a kitchenette with a microwave, stove top and large fridge. The even have a washing machine for laundry in the room. It's basically a suite with balcony, seating area and plenty of cupboard and drawer space.
Its a little ways from the "action" but the baht bus is so close and with Bolt taxi being so convenient you can get to anywhere so easily. There are 7/11s and little markets nearby as well as small restaurants all within walking distance.
Nice pool with a sauna and weight room and the breakfast is always great!
I really enjoyed my stay here (3rd time) and will come back again soon. Many thanks to the manager and his wonderful staff! See you next time!

I was supposed to be picked up from the airport by a limousine. I was sent to a minibus. I called the hotel, they sent an agent looking for, who put me on a minibus me which I had to share with another guy. We couldn't leave straight away because we had to wait for the other guy to have a cigarette. The air con in the mini bus was didn't work and it stunk of cigarettes. I sweated most of the way and the driver was playing some loud rubbish music on videos.
I arrived at the hotel feeling pretty bad after such a long time traveling and being let down by the transport.
I called reception at 7:30 p.m. as no one contact me about food the staff told me to use 7-Eleven. I was in quarantine!!! I told her my meals are supposed to be inclusive she said she would get the the kitchen to call me. After nearly an hour I had had no call, so I went down to reception, arranged for someone to come to my room with a list of food on it, an hour after I was promised somebody would call me.
There are no instructions in the room whatsoever about Covid, just the usual tourist brochure!
This room was probably nice when the hotel first opened, which must have been a long time ago. The floor is dirty, the room smells damp, there is mold on the ceiling. The freezer box in the fridge was frozen solid.
Lots of furnishings and remote controls have plastic covers over them. I don't know how long they have been there, some are falling of, there's no wet wipes or anything available for me to sterilize things myself. I think the room was cleaner when I left than it was when I checked in.
I contacted the Sales Manger from the minibus. He took 3 days to respond!
I contacted Pakpoom XXXX telling him about the "bad experience" I was having. He took 5 days to respond. He asked me for details, I gave him the above details nearly 3 weeks ago, he still has not responded!

There’s plenty of hotels in Pattaya and I am genuinely glad that I’ve chosen Aster Hotel & residence. Booked the corner suite, spacious room. Separate kitchen area and mini living room, washing machine in the hotel room came in handy especially before another week in bangkok. Microwave to heat up the food when needed. 711 about 3-5 minutes walk, and there’s plenty of massage shops across the 711. Efficient room attendant and welcoming friendly receptionist. Definitely enjoyed my 5D4N here.

Aster provided us a wonderful experience in our trip to Pattaya. Not only the hotel is located in a prime location, but also there are multiple amenities in the room which you might not find in other hotels nearby. This includes a proper setup to cook in the room, chimney, microwave and washing machine. The buffet breakfast was also very delicious (continental). At the end of the day, it was a superb value hotel to stay.

I stayed in a grand deluxe king room, it was perfect for a long stay. The hotel location is perfect as its close to the main attractions of Pattaya but you can get a good nights sleep as it is relatively quiet. The hotel also has an hourly shuttle service to Terminal 1, Central Festival and Walking Street. The friendly staff make the stay here a pleasure. The breakfast is very good with a diverse selection of food which is regularly replenished.

Highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. Firstly, the rooms are equipped with a washer and microwave, which is incredibly convenient. The staff, from the front desk to the bellboys to the room attendants, are friendly and responsive; every encounter has been met with a smile and a warm greeting. The rooms are consistently clean, the WiFi is strong, and overall, my experience has been excellent. I will definitely be returning.

Great location and friendly staff at Reception team They very good take care and Invite to play games, make my vacation fun. I stayed in a grand deluxe king room, it was perfect for a long stay. The room was cleaned everyday, with toiletries provided with ample refreshments. Brilliant house keeping services. Aster is in a very quiet location with brilliant restaurants nearby and good transport links to the vibrant tourist location. I would recommend to all visitors both singles and couples.
