We chose this hotel based on reviews. The hotel is great! Clean, cozy, beautiful. The staff is polite. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Towels for swimming in the pool, as well as for the beach, can be taken upon leaving the hotel or at the pool area. The breakfast is quite nutritious, satisfying, although monotonous, but this is not critical. The beach is very close. Knock knock, a bunch of shops, pharmacies, favorite Seven Eleven markets)) Yes, with the night noise on the street you can’t hear anything in the room. When you check in, they charge $100 in case you damage or break something. When you move out, the money is returned in full, or with a deduction for damage - be careful)) Water and soap in the room are paid for - if you use it, they will deduct it from you. We had everything of our own and on the first day we bought 5 liters of water. The hotel pool is cool, beautiful, a lot of greenery, clean water, sun loungers, shower. In general, the hotel is excellent - clean, cozy, cute. I recommend it 😌

Holidaying here now with our son, the hotel chose on the basis of reviews, generally did not disappoint. The hotel is compact, clean, very friendly staff. Cleaning the room and changing towels every day, bed linen hasn't been changed yet, but hardly anyone at home changes more than once a week! Breakfasts are modest, about 5-6second courses to choose from, 2 soups, cereal, vegetables, fruit (watermelon, pineapple), lack variety in baking- offer only muffins, but everything is delicious, the dishes change, not so that every day is completely the same. Next door are specific massage parlours, but it is not tense, Thais there are welcome, do not impose anything, as they say go by, smile and wave :) the location of the hotel is very successful, nearby shops, cafes, beach.
Cons:
1. Permanently closed second pool.
2. Our room is connected by a door to the roommate's room, which makes it very audible, his TV, conversations in the room-- we heard everything!
Otherwise, the hotel stay is very comfortable.

Pleasant hotel, smiling and responsive staff, interesting decoration of space, lobby and pool areas. It wasn't a bit embarrassing, that the hotel is located in Boys Town, now Russian moms and kids are relaxing here. Breakfasts varied from day to day in terms of hot dishes (soups and second ) . Kitchen workers are always smiling, but once you leave the plate they're already picking up. Since she's gone out for coffee, she's already cleaned up and she's wiping the table. I had to sit at another table. The interiors are dominated by nautical themes, the marvelous shells and the elevator aquarium attract attention. Room , we lived in 417 overlooking the small pool, neat, bathroom with shower. Cleaning every day, changing towels. Closet safe, mini fridge, no mini bar, lcd TV, found three of our channels, air conditioning a little noisy block on the balcony, and come on. The hotel is fresh, carefully followed and attracts holidaymakers, good 4*. I'd come again if I could. Yes, the Blind Massage (TBMI ) is thirty paces away.

We chose the hotel ourselves, based on reviews and photos on the Internet. Overall - Excellent hotel. The design is very beautiful, the pool area is surrounded by greenery, you can also have breakfast overlooking the courtyard with a swimming pool. The rooms are very clean. I remove it unnoticed. You arrive and the room is already clean. Towels are changed every day. There are beach towels by the pool, take at least two. (in Turkey and Egypt we were given them by card 😥). Despite the fact that it is located next to a noisy street, the rooms are quiet when the windows are closed.
The rooms have a kettle, cups, glasses, water is provided every day, a hairdryer, and bathroom amenities. The location is excellent - the beach is nearby and not far from the Jontien Market where you can have a tasty and inexpensive dinner, the beach, a tuk tuk runs along the street, you can get to the night market and terminal 21. There are massage parlors around. The staff is attentive and unobtrusive. In general, only pleasant impressions. We have already decided that we will come to this hotel again next time. Everything left only positive impressions

The worst of all holidays, my husband and I are not young anymore, we are retired. When we were young, we didn't have the opportunity to go to the sea, now the children have grown up to be independent and about 15 years old, just like we had the opportunity. The trip was planned earlier, decided on the hotel paid and waited for the vacation (we are working pensioners). Thoughts that we will soon rest, admire the beauty of Thailand, swim in the warm sea in winter (we live in Siberia and frosts we have wow) in the evenings relax on the balcony and watch what happens outside the window. And what a disappointment it was after moving into the room. The balcony overlooks a dead wall, and there's a constant noise behind that fence. There is no limit to the outrage, to plan a six-month holiday and to be in such a room ... have turned to the reception, say places no, how not, every day holidaymakers go, if you want to help you can always, I work with people myself. Texted the tour operator, silence in response. Guys, read the reviews and if there are negative ones among the positive ones, believe the negative ones, it's not a fact that you'll be lucky and not end up in a room like this. I'll write the big picture as there is in the hotel, the selection of breakfasts is not big at all, and the hotel itself is not big, two swimming pools, but they are both in the shade, the water is not heated, the rooms are clean. The hotel is located not far from the sea, which is also a pleasure. The hotel does not have many traditional families, and the situation around the hotel is the same, so think carefully, you need this! Knowing this situation, I chose another hotel unequivocally. I have a suggestion for hotel managers, do such rooms, no view out the window, cheaper interest by 30, tourists will know what they are going to and surprises for the likes of us will not!!! Holidays ruined....

The hotel left only pleasant impressions. Deposit upon arrival ($100). Hotel after major renovation. When checking in, ask for a room overlooking the pool, the views are heavenly and quiet. The hotel is located on Super Town (gay street with bars, cabarets and massage parlours), noise from clubs and screams of shemales until the morning. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The room has everything you need, including a tea set. Balconies in every room. The beach is 5 minutes on foot or by hotel tuk-tuk 2 minutes to the beach. Very convenient location: 7/eleven 50 meters from the hotel, a bunch of bars, a promenade, several massage parlors, a pastry shop, restaurants nearby. The Jomtien Night Market (ready food market) can be reached by tuk-tuk in 5 minutes. The staff is very polite, almost invisible, cleaning every day. Wifi is excellent. I really miss this heavenly place.

A very nice little hotel. A lot of Russians. It is located in the Jomtien district, inside the street super town. Comfortable location. There are a lot of clubs, massage parlors, cafes. Opposite the sevens ileven. Not far from the beaches. 2 courtyards with swimming pools. Breakfasts are standard, nothing unusual, but you won't be left hungry. Rooms are different, there are huge ones, but you have to pay about 7,000 baht extra for them if you booked another one. Service is very good, cleaning every day with towels replaced. Beach towels are provided at the hotel entrance and by the pool. Wi-fi is free. There are safes in the room.

The hotel is good, very smiling and friendly staff, always ready to help, the hair dryer in our room did not work, they did it in 15 minutes!
The hotel is located on a rainbow (super town) street, it can be noisy in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us, you can take a room overlooking the pool, it’s quieter there!
Very convenient location, next to both sides of 7eleven, many massage parlors nearby, bars with live music and cafes, a lot of people come closer to the beach, if you leave the hotel and immediately turn left, go through a small tunnel and you will go out onto the street where there are tuks -tuk, there’s 7eleven across the street and massages. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, or you can take a separate tuk-tuk to the beach.
The breakfasts are quite filling, there is also a variety (noodles, potatoes with meat, chicken, pork), always fried eggs, rice, sausages, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage salad, two types of fruit, coffee/tea, juice, cereal, milk .
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, on the 1st and 2nd floors, we went to the 2nd floor and were almost always alone there! There are also exercise machines, a treadmill, an exercise bike, dumbbells and a punching bag!
Everywhere is very beautiful and cozy!
You can come back here!

I gave it 3 because of the terrible numbers.

Everything else wasn't that important

This is not my first time in Pattaya, so I’m writing as it is.

The hotel is located on a gay street, there is a cafe, a cabaret and gay massages right next to it and right next to it on the street.

If you are accommodated with a view of the street or a wall, you will not sleep until 1-2 hours.

Take rooms overlooking the pool, it’s quiet and beautiful. We were accommodated with a view of the wall - it’s just hell, the noise from the air conditioner engines is constant!

Food - the hotel is small, so they cook according to the number of guests. Fruits - no variety. The first week is watermelon and for some reason unripe pineapples, the second week is bananas and pineapples. Eggs every day, noodles, fried vegetables, soup. Everything is very modest, but you won't go hungry. It's more difficult for children.

Near the hotel to the left, to the right and opposite 7/11, makashniks and various bars/restaurants. 10 Baht and take a tuk tuk to the night market, or walk for about 20 minutes.

The sea is nearby, but like throughout Pattaya it is dirty, we went to the islands, it takes 7 minutes to get to the ferry by tuk tuk, 30 minutes on the ferry for 30 baht and you swim in the cleanest sea.

After the islands we didn’t go to Pattaya beach at all, we sat in the hotel pool.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one on the 1st floor, but it is very noisy because of the water, so we went to the pool on the 2nd floor - silence and whim.

They clean every day, the staff is wonderful.

This is a great value for money hotel, the rooms are basic, but very clean with nice linen and the beds + pillows comfortable. It's our new go-to holiday destination. Located close to Jomtien Beach it is so much nicer than if we had stayed in Pattaya town. The hotel's location is 5 minutes walk to the beach, lovely Thai and European restaurants and cafes around the corner, and gay bars. It's a lot quieter and chilled location than Pattaya town, and has everything you need including a supermarket in easy walking distance. It offers 2 separate pool areas, friendly reception and house-keeping staff who made us feel very welcome. Even though it's literally around the corner from the gay nightlife area, it's a very quiet oasis.
