Four Seasons Place is not a hotel that I would recommend unless you really need all of the room that is provided by this property. The pictures aren't quite what the property looks like. It is much dirtier and more grimy in person. The particular room that we used had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area. I tried to use as little of the space possible as everything just felt dirty. The linens on my bed had some red stains on it and I ended up not using the comforter. The one positive is that the staff was quite helpful in organizing transportation and they respond to their Facebook messages.

There is nothing I can say about this place that was good well maybe apart the pool Since we tried to check in we had issues. Lady at front desk tried to make us pay 2,000Baht deposit for damages on top of room charge. We booked family suite. Had 1 room with double bed and en-suite. Second room if you can even call that it was a box room with a sliding doors and no window 2 beds, a broken wardrobe and chest of drawers and second toilet had no shower 🚿 Our first night and one of the air con units wasn’t working in master bedroom as remote control was missing for that unit After calling front desk. Young man came to the room with batteries thinking that was an issue even though that wasn’t an issue after returning for the second time with a correct air con remote then batteries weren’t working so he had to go and get new batteries to come back for 3rd time. All this took maybe 20 min max but it was already after 10 pm. Props to him for trying Next day we came downstairs to have a breakfast. Which was served from 7.30-10.00 am. We came down just around 9am and tbh there wasn’t much left. Chef offered to make some scrambled eggs and we could have some sausages and some toast with some fruits on the side and not so great coffee. If you can try to look for different place…

This has been one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. But the cleaning is now under all criticism. You will find used facemask forgotten, the shower area has not been cleaned since the last guest. They forget to refill with towels and toilet paper. Some things are also broken in the hotel room. TV sets are missing, cabinet doors in the kitchen are loose. But they offer me to change room due to the air-condition. But in the other room that was okay but other things missing. This hotel has a big plus that you can make your own food in the rooms. I Understand that it has been a very difficult time during the Corona pandemic, but now that guests are starting to return and they need to improve. Sorry for my opinion but right now is the truth. but hope soon better again. Right now the restaurant only served breakfast, not lunch or dinner.If you like spacious rooms for a good price, this is the hotel! I have stayed in all the different rooms the offer. Last time I stay in Grande suite who have to seperate bedrooms, livingroom, dining room and 3 toilets and I also stayed in the one room bedrooms. All rooms are bigger then must in the area. For easy transport let the reception order taxi or use Grab app or motorbike taxi outside at 7 eleven.…

I was staying at the four Seasons Place hotel a second time from the 12th until the 18th of February. The requested deposit was THB 2000 for which I received a PAYMENT GUARANTEE FORM. I had to depart the hotel early on the 18th of Feb.at 7 Am. That time no one was at the Hotel counter. Since I was in a hurry in order not to miss my flight I deposited the room key at the counter. In a mail which I send later I requested to transfer the deposit of 2000THB to my account. Needless to mention that I did not receive any reply. Even the many mails later send were not answered. Yes, this is a beautiful hotel but sadly the reputation has taken a large dent. Finally, I still have some hope to receive eventually my refund

This is a good hotel, convenient location, just enough parking place, swimming pool, good breakfast, very nicely furnished rooms. A bit aging, especially visible in reception area, but still great value for money paid.

I stayed in hotel on 26th jan to 30th Jan. I booked junior suite and room is good and spacious with all amenities including kitchen ..two washrooms and specially balcony area for smokers. Food:: Breakfast for Indians have very less options..they should add proper Indian breakfast..so for me breakfast not remarkable for Indians. Chef is very good in nature and having smile every time on face.Really appreciable. I ordered pizza in the evening which is not good . Reception:: all staff is co operative. Pool :: very good but deep for small kids.

Stayed in Four seasons place Pattaya last week , a good hotel , clean rooms and polite staff but breakfast is not indian friendly they should keep some indian dishesh as lots of indians visit this hotel . Most of staff don't know english so it's very difficult to communicate.

Place is decent. In suites they have the separation between the room and living area, which is really helpful and spacious. Finishing and decor of renaissance adds to the joyful holiday mood. The kitchenette and dishes are additions that you can always consider to be of advantage. Swimming pool maintained well. The furnishings and the place though could be maintained better and needs renovation at quite some places, breakfast was decent and modest too. The area where the hotel is located isn’t very great, something you are unable to figure out online easily or through the agents helping you on options, who just show you the positive aspects. And so I belive what they have and its helpful though - complimentary drop service within reasonable distance of ~ 2 kms. Mind you, all the hotels take refundable compulsory cash deposit. All other hotels agreed on my offering on USD, but here though they insist and accept only Thai Bahts. Our stay was nice, happy and a smooth 1. I will still recommend.…

Good place to stay. Place is old. But rooms are very big and spacious. The staffs are friendly . They have free car drop to any place you want to go. So you end up paying only for cmg back from shopping. The only hotels with large rooms. Breakfast is included in package.
