Only 1 liter drinking water was provided per day, the staff asked us to buy more from the outside stores. Called the reception 4 times and even asked them in person to send shower gel but they never did. Cockroaches in the hallway. The rooms are tiny, unclean and falling apart.
We were there as a family and had 3 rooms, all the rooms were on 3rd floor, room were big enough but lacks basics - cleaniness of the Room, not a good site for the beddings - worn bedsheets, old mattress from which you can feel the springs coming out. The worst part they don't have the staff in the evening in kitchen to provide you the food, where as the restaurant timings was till 10:00pm but kitchen got closed at 09:20pm. Had to go out for the dinner. They don't provide any assistance regarding the crockery to be placed so that one can have their own food. The simple answer to any questions- " No Have ". Please improve guys.
The room was very bad. Our room's walls were broken here and there. Toilet was stinky. There was water leakage from jet spray. Staffs were rude. Poor service. You won't get even drinking water after 9.30 PM. If you are out of stock for drinking water after 9.30PM then you have to go out and buy it yourself. We made a mistake by chosing this hotel.
Rooms falling apart, bad service, rude staff, breakfast for Indians and others are kept separate (non ac and ac). Bad wifi and many more. Most staff do not understand english so communication becomes a challenge.
We stayed here through "Mahindra Holidays". The Room had a septic tank like stench coming from the toilet, complaints could not help so shifted room but still the same issue. Please avoid this Hotel if you are a Mahindra Holidays member.
This is one of the worst hotel/resort I stayed so far... Please Please Please avoid it.... a filthy restaurant, a dirty pool, pathetic rooms & highly unprofessional staff... it also shows the pathetic standard maintained by Club Mahindra in choosing partners in International market.
Don't be fooled by the pictures of the swimming pool, it is filthy. Plastic, scraps and cigarette butts in and around the pool. I could see when the pumps were on and it was seldom. Room cleaning is terrible - they don't clean they just change the towels and straighten the bed, and that includes the day I called them 3 times to have my room cleaned which was not done until really 10pm. Cockroaches in room, leaking bathtub, malfunction and unsafe electrical points. Reception are hopeless, while I'm standing there waiting to check in the check in staff are being distracted by taxi drivers walking up to the desk asking questions and chatting with staff, meanwhile I'm waiting patiently and thinking why are the staff not telling the taxi driver to wait until they have finished processing the customer. The manager of this hotel should be dismissed, there are obvious shortfalls that good hotel manager would see during their daily walk around. This place is very poorly managed. Signs of excessive cost cutting and a lack of management presence has damaged their brand evidenced by intent to never stay here again.…
This is one of the worst hotel I ever stay in my life. Very Very Poor service. Nothing for vegetarians. We reach a hotel at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and check-in time was 2:00 p.m. I request them to give me one restroom for my son. But they asked extra bath for that. Even they didn't give us free drinking water. My stay was for 4 days. But after one day stay, I changed hotel.
Stayed at Woraburi Pattaya resort as Club Mahindra member . At least 3 kms away form the Pattaya main markets and sea beach . The rooms are ok but service is awful. The staff are courteous but “ somehow “ do not understand English. A tourist destination that took us by surprise . Our bath room smelled awful , the rooms were not cleaned till 4pm in the afternoon. The tea coffee sachets were not replenished . You have to literally go to the reception after 8 PM in case you need anything. They say their maintenance staff leave by 6 PM. With more than 150+ rooms that was really surprising. No Indian food restaurants near by....at least 1.5 kms away. The only saving grace is a Seven eleven store near by. Pattaya otherwise is full of Indian restaurants . Someone sends you a Whatsapp message before you arrived claiming to be Club Mahindra Guide which Club Mahindra Manager at Bangkok who oversees this property as well disowned which meant this resort gives away your details to any third party for business ! May be Club Mahindra who opened up this associate property about two months back will improve. Pattaya is a hot destination for Indians. The otherwise lackluster stay at this property was some way compensated by a day at Coral island and some really value for money marketing in the Pattaya malls and streets and the hospitality of the general Thai people. . …
I stayed here for 2 days. In all the resort construction work is going on. Rooms work is not yet fully completed. No AC in the lobby area, if you are sitting there in the day time you will start sweating. I don't recommend this hotel.
