Upon arrival we had a warm welcome by Ell, Guest Relations Manager and all staff. We were treated to early check in and the most fantastic suite with views to simply die for. The king size bed looked right out to sea and the wrap around balcony afforded us side views to the Sanctuary of Truth!

I had read about the hotel being out of town. Well it is 15 mins shuttle bus to Dolphin Square. First of all the food at the hotel is not only good but very reasonable. But as an alternative we found 2 excellent home cooking Thai/European restaurants just a walk away. The Thai Baht Taxis back from Walking Street are only 250 Baht. So it’s not isolated by any means.

We always stay in 5 star hotels and it has to be said the staff in the dining room were exceptional. Over the Chinese New Year they were faced with extreme pressure but that didn’t deter anyone of them being cheerful and efficient. The chef even brought to the table extra cooked bacon!

The security gate staff were just so lovely. Each time we left and on return we were greeted with the kindest respect. We truly felt we were coming home. They also painstakingly every day collected the falling leaves off the trees by the beach. Huge thanks to Kae, Krit, Eddie and Han.

Beach towels and clean sun beds/furniture in abundance. Thanks to Pai and team.

This hotel has the fastest lifts ever!

Huge thanks to Boyd the manager and all. We’re already planning a return trip!

Given the lack of tourists to fill most hotels in Thailand at the moment, we hadn't quite anticipated just how full this hotel might get over a holiday weekend. Yes, we knew it would be popular, but generally 40 to 50 per cent of guests are from outside Thailand but I think the hotel staff just hadn't prepared at all for such an influx. We got an amazing rate for 3 nights, so we can't really complain about the place, the deal, or the location. We wanted somewhere away from the mass tourist places and it definitely fits the bill. The facilities are good, great pools and private beach-like area raised up from the actual beach, which isn't much to write home about, and decent sized rooms with good amenities. The problems really arose when it became clear that they couldn't cope with the number of guests they had. Cleaning seemed to be put on hold, especially around the pool areas. I had to insist that someone come to clean around a lounger where there were remnants of food, tissues, and bbq sticks from at least one day before. I'm sure they did their best. Then there was breakfast, which meant a 20 minute wait for a table every morning. And then there was the lack of food. They just couldn't prepare food fast enough to keep up with demand, so most breakfast items that needed any preparation were gone within minutes. But even bread, juice, and fruit weren't topped up so either you waited an extra 15 minutes and joined the rush to grab what you could, or you forgot about it. Shame really, as it could have been a decent place. Breakfast suffered from a lack of variety, too, which didn't help. Overall, great if it's not full, but if you go over a holiday period, be prepared to wait or get up at 06:00 if you want to enjoy your breakfast.

One major concern I do have is with the state of repair of certain parts of the hotel. The main pool area is showing real signs of age, despite its initially bright and lovely appearance. Tiles are broken and have sharp edges, steps down to the beach are precarious and in one place completely missing, and you can't really step onto the beach from the right hand side - you need to use the left hand side steps. I wonder why the 4 month closure didn't see hotels that knew they were going to open again see to basic repairs like this. Do be careful if you have young children.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel it was beautiful! The beach is not so nice but the pools make up for it. The room was really spacious but the toilets need a good bleach as it smells like urine! The service was very standard for a 5star resort they weren’t smiley at all. The two ladies in the cake restaurant were really nice that’s about it. Breakfast was fab! And room service was also good.

Its an amazing and comfertable place to stay. Cleanliness , hygiene & service is at its best. Staff is quite welcoming and open for foriegners. Special request are taken on priority as they serve customers to the best they can. Most important the in house beakfast and food is so delicious that it would be difficult to eat outside. Chef personally ask the guest and take a review. Food and chefs team is one of the star for this hotel..worth the try!!!!

This is one of the more dated hotel I've visited, visibly weary and many areas can use a fresh coat of paint or some renovation. The pools overall are ok, beach is not so clean so I didn't spend much time there. Rooms overall are again showing a lot of age. Adding to that, I had a room view of the entrance lobby and carpark.

The hotel is cozy, beautiful, did not feel very tired, not new, but everything works, the room is spacious.
Family vacation, me, husband and daughter for 14 years.
The breakfasts were very enjoyable, varied and delicious, especially the soups and fruits. Coffee machine coffee is pretty decent.
It's a nice pool.
The sea is its own beach, alas, without sunbeds, but we went down for a swim. The sea is relatively clear, there were no waves.
The number of holidaymakers is mainly Chinese, who leave after breakfast for excursions. So both the pool and the beach are almost empty.
Near the hotel there are cafes, restaurants, shops - 5 minutes walk.
Nearby famous Terminal 21 - minutes 7 by taxi, cost from 100 to 150 baht.
Hotel staff are sympathetic, trying to help at the earliest opportunity.
The hotel has a cafe, coffee medium, but delicious cakes - from 65 baht.
The only downside - we broke a small mirror in the bathroom, actually, it was old and badly screwed, our fault was especially not, but we were deducted 100 euros for it, it was not very pleasant, the red price of the mirror and repair of the euro 30... But we didn't argue why we should ruin our holidays.

The hotel is badly damaged and is long overdue for reconstruction. Reception and service employees, three days before departure, begin to harass you with a request to pay for hotel services in advance. Explaining that they do not trust those who come from Russia, they suspect in advance of deception. This is such pleasure and comfort from the hotel.

This was the best resort in Pattaya that we could ever choose to conduct our corporate event. We are an event management company, and we deal with corporates for their outbound activities.

Right from the beginning Ms.Ruepin was a great support to get the event closed. She was there to help at every moment. Nook and Tam were there to assist us.

The resort is a beauty, situated right on the beach. It was so much peace out there. The resort has an excellent outdoor venue to conduct team building activities. The chef went out of his way to design the menu a mix of Thai and Indian. Thai food was very good.

The F and B team under the guidance of Ms.Bow were always on their toes to make the event a successful one. The list is a long one for the banquets and the restaurant (Lien, Jonny, Num, Oll, Aof, Ares, Arm, Tono, Leo, Joey, Da, Bua, Meun,Pal, Deach, Sun, Noi).

The front office team (Pai, Kloy, Pand, Zign, Noie, Prae, Ead, Kitty, Poppy & Mitt) ensured us to give us good rooms to make our group happy.

Au, Jikky at the belldesk are always cheerful.

Waiting to have many more successful events at the resort!!!

Spent 1 week with this hotel and really enjoyed. Was pleasantly surprised by staff who works there especially by Alex who speaks Russian language. My English is not so good therefore was very helpful to have him there. I was traveling alone and he spoke to me everyday and explain where to go and what to do even what to eat 😂😂😂😂 I will go back again only to see him and hope next time I know English better.
