I like the location, conveniently on the bathbus routes on Beach road or 2nd road. Rooms are of decent size, beds are ok en bathroom features both shower and bath. The swimming pool on the roof is ok for cooling off, but unfortunately lacks a bar. Breakfast is decent with plenty of choice of Western and Asian foods and fresh fruit. Staff will help you, but the famous Thai smile isn't there all the time

Hotel was at the perfect location . 500 meters from beach. Neat & clean linens. Immaculately clean bedsheets & towels. But the room in it self was not clean . Floor was stained even after the room cleaning you could see the foot prints on the floor & the cleaning lady would not turn up to clean the room even after you tell her that she had forgotten to mop the room.

Very good hotel, everything is okay. Just all front desk people having no welcome smile and no friendly at all with guest. Strick on check in and check out time. Said 10% cheaper on direct booking but actually it's same amount.

Arrived at 12.15pm, no one to take my luggage. Let me check in at this time, so that was good. Reception staff not the friendliest though. Key card entry system. Has all the bits and bobs,plus an old microwave. TV,good, many English channels. Bed a little hard,nice pillows. Separate bath and shower, shower very powerful, nice and hot also. Well equipped, small gym on the 9th, small pool on the 10th, need more sun beds. Great location, now everything is opening up again. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Stayed here on a 1 night quarantine stay They room was great clean and a good size, the staff friendly and helpful and a nice breakfast was supplied. It's a short walk to the beach and all amenities are fairly close by. All at a fair price.

It was a nice hotel, staff was excellent but some of the infrastructure was a bit old and could use to be updated. Roof top pool was wonderful and when they can open the bar up there it’s gonna be fantastic.

Ticks a lot of boxes, value for money, cleanliness, facillities, location....I have stayed here at least 20 times over 10 years and never had a complaint. The only negative was when they built hotel next door and it blocked view from balcony looking down towards sea, but that said, not Vistas fault. They did however adjust there prices down because of this.

excellent location - right in the center of Pattaya; polite and helpful staff at the reception; spacious rooms with balcony - the view depends on the location of the room. Room equipment is OK - kettle, electronic safe, dishes (plates, buckets, glasses, cutlery, microwave). The furniture in the room needs renovation. Bathroom with tub and shower - no problems with hot water. Air conditioning noisy but good. Cleaning the room every day, but is limited to bedding and changing towels. Complaints are dealt with immediately. Very rich breakfast buffet, but some dishes are too cold (e.g. fried noodles, soups ...). At the reception they often do not turn on the air conditioning, so it is very stuffy and hot, In the corridors of the hotel an unpleasant smell, very often the smell of cigarettes.…
