We had the Centre Point Hotel booked, but it's an order of magnitude more expensive and for six days the price tag was 22,000 baht, and all of a sudden an ad came up offering this hotel... 7,800 baht for six days for a room with a kitchen. Anyway, decided to come here and didn't regret it. The hotel is in the third bay in the center, to the waterfront 250 meters, the other way exit directly to the outlet with the big si. Nice massages in 30-40 meters, and through the wall is a great cafe, with normal prices and delicious cuisine. Now the hotel - check in immediately, we arrived at 1:00. The room is really spacious, big balcony, but no view. The kitchen is small, but enough. The pool's on the roof, there's not many people there, but the water seemed cold. I would.

Firstly I cannot fault the staff as they were all very friendly and helpful. I moved rooms during my stay and my second room was definitely better but the first was dirty, dark and very noisy. The other problem I had with this hotel was the constant slamming of doors between 6am and 10am. This was on both floors that I stated. My friend stayed on another floor and had the same complaint. Some rooms definitely need updating but it is a cheap hotel. Will be heading back to 4 stars next visit.

Firstly I would like to start with loads of thanks to hotel and staff. My experience was flawless and hotel staff made it more surprising and memorable for me. 1. My son 7yrs old birthday was there. And surprisingly hotel staff, receptionists decorated our room and lobby with balloons for my son and made his birthday felt special. They even made card for my son and he will never forget this occassion that happened in Sunshine Vista. Thanks to all. 2. Room is spacious and have all amenities like extra plates, spoons, small fridge, micro, umbrella etc 3. I really like pool that every guests seeks. 4. Food was delicious with N nunber of varieties like fruits, cakes, veg and non-veg. Juices and milk. 5. Beach is just walking distance, Honey 2 is 1min walk, BigC mall is 1min walk. 6. Room has balcony too that very rare hotels have.
I really have my life wonderful experience here in Sunshine Vista

Arrived at 12.15pm, no one to take my luggage. Let me check in at this time, so that was good. Reception staff not the friendliest though. Key card entry system. Has all the bits and bobs,plus an old microwave. TV,good, many English channels. Bed a little hard,nice pillows. Separate bath and shower, shower very powerful, nice and hot also. Well equipped, small gym on the 9th, small pool on the 10th, need more sun beds. Great location, now everything is opening up again. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Ticks a lot of boxes, value for money, cleanliness, facillities, location....I have stayed here at least 20 times over 10 years and never had a complaint. The only negative was when they built hotel next door and it blocked view from balcony looking down towards sea, but that said, not Vistas fault. They did however adjust there prices down because of this.

Hotel was at the perfect location . 500 meters from beach. Neat & clean linens. Immaculately clean bedsheets & towels. But the room in it self was not clean . Floor was stained even after the room cleaning you could see the foot prints on the floor & the cleaning lady would not turn up to clean the room even after you tell her that she had forgotten to mop the room.

It is worth to stay at a competive price. It is located at the end of North Pataya beach. Good lcation, a bit away from the crowd. Lots of local resterants nearby and a few minutes walking distance to the beach where you could find different cuisine. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed this hotel for 4 nights. The room fee with breakfast is good, not expensive. The room was renewed, enough wide and clean. However, they don’t make up the room everyday. I asked the front staff to make up my room, but their response was so late. This is probably due to the lack of staff. You can smoke at the balcony. Breakfast is enough and good. You can enjoy Thai and American food, and some Japanese hood. If you stay only one night, I recommend this hotel, but uncomfortable for a long stay.

This was my fourth time at Sunshine Vista Serviced apartments and was another enjoyable stay. Breakfast was included in our booking. A wide range of western and Asian food on offer who've varied from day to day. Breakfast is the only meal served at the hotel but plenty of local choice for other dining. We had two double rooms. Very handle to everything you need and only a baht bus trip to local bars. Last visit was Oct 2019 so a lot has changed in area after Covid. Great rooftop pool. Beautiful friendly staff as always.
