we stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, nice hotel, we booked a deluxe sea view room. The room was comfortable and a nice size with a separate area to do you hair and make up, the beds are a bit on the hard side. Nice size balcony but no balcony furniture which wasn't a problem as brought one of the chairs from the room outsize, our room had a nice view over the pool and beach. The hotel has its own beach with a safe swimming area and a good view of the santuary of truth plus a good size outside space the walk about. There is a massage place and barber shop on the grounds plus a couple of gift shops. We didn't have breakfast when we stayed so can't comment on it but the breakfast room looked clean and spacious. Round the pool there are a couple of bars lovely cocktails at a good price and and outside area to order food. Hotel a bit of a way out from central Pattaya but the hotel runs a free shuttle service to and from central plaza every hour or so. Or for the daring a motorbike taxi costs about 60bt each way. This was a good stay lovely hotel lots of family's and couples. If you don't want to get food from hotel there is a family mart plus street food and a couple of restaurants within a couple of mins walk. Didn't get Wi-Fi at the hotel, can get for free in the lobby not sure about rooms as we didn't need it. All in all enjoyed out stay and would stay again would have given 5 stars but didn't try the hotel food.

We stayed at this hotel from 08/23/23 to 09/09/23 The flight takes a day (24 hours), but with Turkish Airlines it was not difficult. During the flight everything was fine. Overall was good, clean room, even the furnitures a bit old.
Excellent beach, clean, and nice sea view. Breakfast buffet was a bit poor as not many varieties, no scramble egg or omelet but just fried eggs while our dinner by the beach was by far 10 times better.
The concierge team was very kind, supportive and helpful.
Worth a money to visit.

Upon check-in, they demanded a deposit of 2000 baht, they wanted to leave the deposit in dollars, they refused, they offered to change it at an unfavorable rate at the counter. The ongoing repairs, the noise of a jackhammer and the flicker of welding in the eyes interfere with rest. The breakfast menu doesn't change, it's the same every day, only the types of pasta change. Within a radius of 3 km there is no food that can be called food, you have to spend 600-1000 baht to eat disgusting food in the area, very disappointing. Dishes for 200-300 baht (700-900₽) should be delicious for that kind of money. The rooms are tired, the air conditioning does not turn off according to the temperature, you need to wake up periodically and turn it off so as not to get sick. The plumbing needs repairs, the pipes vibrate and hum, you have to stand knee-deep in water in the bathtub, the washbasins do not flush. ROB NEVILLE ,always stay at flipper lodge ,iv stayed in many hotels in pattaya for me flipper lodge is by far the best for service and location. staff are very friendly. and helpful. i have stayed at least 5 time ,back again in summer cant wait.

We stayed at this hotel in the first half of March. When we arrived at the reception, we were told that our room was currently unavailable and that we would have to move to another room for one night before being able to move again. But! If we wanted, we could immediately move to another room with a sea view for $100. After a long flight, we had no choice but to pay an additional $100 to get a regular room. After a few days, it turned out that this practice had also been used by at least three other families.

Big disappointment in this hotel, the reception staff were completely unprofessional. After arrival we needed cash, the cash machine didn’t work and they were happy to exchange our dollars to baht at a sky high rate. After a few days the cash machine still didn’t work and the staff were watching an older foreign couple struggling with getting cash out of it and didn’t tell a word them not to do so, I asked them to stop trying. It was late though, their card was swallowed. Everything is displayed in Russian, they don’t even assume that you come from another country and don’t speak Russian, however they don’t speak other languages at all. Don’t try to communicate in English, it’s a waste of time. We’ve been traveling around the world for a couple of years and seen many different types of accommodation, and we are far from being demanding people but left this place after three nights.

Pros: first line, good sea view, adjacent rooms (we stayed with our parents). Cons: Breakfast is poor, the same in construction sites. The staff almost looks into people's mouths to make sure no one takes anything away; people's buns were taken away by those who took them with them. Very unpleasant. There is no cleaning (I will attach a photo to make it clear). The hotel did not wish you a happy birthday. The most unpleasant thing: before leaving, we wanted to get some sleep, since we had to get up at 6 in the morning, but the Thais came to celebrate a wedding. From 19 pm until late at night there was music and Thai people screaming. No matter how much they asked to turn down the volume, neither requests nor complaints, nothing helped. The hotel is undergoing renovations. You are lying on a sunbed and you hear the noise of a drill. Near the reception, welding work is being carried out without protection, sparks are flying, and at this moment you are trying to exchange dollars for baht for a deposit (2000 baht) and sign papers and pick up the room key. There is a notice in the elevator that renovations will continue almost until the end of summer 2024. The tour operator anex did not inform about this, did not warn. If I had known about the renovation, I would not have come. I would give up on old furniture and less than ideal cleanliness. But listening to the noise of a drill is not relaxation. And yes, the only food next to the hotel is a fruit stand; you have to walk quite a bit to get to the cafe.

Active renovation of the main building in the reception area is underway, including the delivery of sand and construction. materials, the sounds of a drill can be heard while relaxing on the beach. There was no information about the renovation either from the Annex tour operator or on the hotel website. According to reviews from other vacationers who lived in the main building, the sounds of repairs, including drilling, were heard in their rooms and interfered with their ability to relax in their rooms during the day. This needs to be taken into account when planning your holiday.
