The location of this hotel near Walking Street, on Second, was excellent. It is just steps away from vibrant night life and fun. There are convenience stores nearby and easy access to transportation, such as motorbike taxi or baht bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was billed as "American breakfast," and if that's exactly what you want, you may find it slightly lacking. HOWEVER--the breakfast was consistently EXCELLENT with a wide variety of Thai, Indian, and other dishes. You will definitely want to eat breakfast there every day!
This hotel tends to cater to Central-Asian guests, primarily from India, and that is appropriate for the area of Pattaya where the hotel is located. My experience was a difference in standards of manners and most importantly NOISE. Sadly, on multiple nights I had to complain about other guests making excessive noise in the hallways or other public areas. Further, the hotel is undergoing renovation during daylight hours. If you are trying to sleep late, you may be disturbed. Overall, the noise was not so bad where I was unable to rest, and I would consider staying at this hotel again.

This hotel has changed completely, now it is simply wow!! Ravishing, reception & lobby. Almost all the rooms have been renovated with ultra modern furniture. Service is outstanding, starting from the reception to security personnel.
I like to congratulate all the staff & management of this hotel for providing us with such a good experience for 03 nights during our stay.
This is my 8th stay in this property, and I should say, it has improved a hell from its past old days. One good gymnasium is still missing, which I think management has already started planning.
I will surely recommend this hotel.
Keep it up, Beverly!! we will see you soon.

I stayed in The Beverly Hotel in Pattaya. Right from it's location to it's service, buffet breakfast , housekeeping everything is just perfect. Stay, location, food & service, it was just awesome in all of them. Right from the start, welcome by staff, courteousness shown at reception, served with a welcome drink, assisting with our luggage back to our room, upgrading our room to a superior suite, assisting us with local tour, awesome breakfast (almost brunch) with great varieties of food. Great swimming pool, with great ambiance.
We really had a great stay. This is one of the best luxurious stay I had in Thailand, considering the price per night. Location is just great, stone throw distance to Walking Street, surrounded by multiple Indian cuisine restaurant. Never felt, I am outside India. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for stay with family.

Hi, i booked a room at the beverly hotel ,for a test and go ,one night ,i paid 4600 baht ,i since for personel reasons had to cancel it,i emailed them for a refund as it says you can cancel with a full refund .after 8 emails they still have not returned my funds ,they just keep saying it will take 7 to 10 days ,which has past ,its very clear now that i will not be recieving my money back ,now they dont answer my emails .they are so rude ,on the phone to them when they find out who you are they just hang up ,DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL ,they are just conmen , they dont refund your money. Hotel is not centrally air-conditioned they have put small AC in rooms which take time to cool down. Breakfast is average. And pool timing is odd after 8pm we can't swim. And if we want to drink whiskey we have to pay 300 baht per bottle. Staff is not cooperating. I'm regular visitor one much book nova platinum not this one.

The hotel is in south pattaya with good location and minutes from famous walking street. The room given 2053 was excellent. Indian Breakfast was good in Andaaz Restaurant but staff was rude and not friendly (Bestin) The beach is walkable and lots of Indian restaurants/ shopping near by. Hotel is recommended . Overall happy with hotel. As most of tourists are Indian Indian tea should be complimentary with breakfast and not charged. Pool is small. 7-11 outside hotel.

Now a days most of the hotels are joiner free , last month of September when I visited it’s joiner free , but policies of hotel can change anytime , better you call hotel and ask before booking . Thanks
It is almost guest friendly. my advice one room book for double occupancy, then no issue at all to bring outside guest - Security staff collect the outside guest ID card and make a entry, while they (guest) go out, they call you can confirm your consent before handover the ID card. My experience, there is no hidden charges. Wish you have a nice and plesant stay at Pattaya, if you need any information feel free to contact in the personal query
