Always Good to come back. Perfect location and Every thuesday and friday in front of the hotel you have a market. Rooms are clean en staff is very friendly. For me the best rooms are 26 and 27. Rent there a motorbike for only 900 bath a week.

Stayed here one month in total. Located near soi Buakaow market. Can be a little noisy on market days. I had a top floor apartment so not too bad. Staff very friendly and helpful and daily cleaning excellent. Short walk to get on baht bus route but I walked mostly as not too far to everything I needed. Small family mart very close so stocking up on essential items very convenient. Great value for the money.

Very big rooms and friendly staff. Every thuesday and friday there is a market in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean with free WiFi and sattelite tv. Furniture Ok And claening Every day. YOu can rent a motorbike For 900bath a week What is a good deal. Place to come back

I stayed for 14 days and enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, large and very comfortable. I love being so close to the Tuesday and Friday market so I could stock up with what ever I needed. Only issues I had was a few ants because I left some food out. I simply went and brought Raid(bug spray) and fully sprayed the room. Problem solved. And the other thing is I'd wake up with a few bug bites from time to time on the 1st few nights. To resolve the problem, I simply applied bug repellent before bed. For the location and the price I'd stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I got interested to stay here because of the good review? The room is very nice to be honest with you. Its very very clean this room has bathroon attached With hot shower. The Aircon is good,the wifi is super good. The only problem is these are. The bathroom has no block so the water will go straight to the kitchen straight to your room. You might fall to the floor as the tiles are so slippery.Or when you woke up and its flooded to your room?. The second, the people downstairs or desk officer are so weird. Is so akward that everytime you go and come. Their eyes are all in YOU!. Lastly there is NO complimentary water, or even soap?. Otherwise this is nice place to sleep everyday.

My first time ever in Pattaya, Thailand. The taxi from the airport was a very wise choice as I was totally wiped out by the long trip, the staff were all very good especially Louie & Sanya the owners, the bar is open 24/7 so there's never a problem getting anything you need, thankfully all rooms have air con which was much needed by me coming from cold England to 35C and humid as well. There is FREE internet to all guests which is a must in these modern times. Yes I would go back again and many of the guests already do. Outside in front of the place there is an open market every Tuesday & Friday, all I can say is if you cannot buy it in there it's probably not available anywhere, next door to Sanya there is a store that has almost anything you might have forget to bring & very low prices. After packing my suitcase with loads of clothes beware all you need is sandals, shorts & a vest, UK 'T' shirts are too warm, hence taking my clothes was a waste because I never wore them. Not so far from WS. Large market takes square in front of house at tuesdays and fridays. Construction work could be loudly at the night. Large clean rooms with everything what you need, small kitchen with large fridge and microwave oven.

A family owned hotel. Very nice spacious apartments. Friendly staff and they are open 24 hours. The internet works very well wich i needed for work. At fridays and tuesdays there is a market in the front, where you can buy many cheap clothing. Also nearby is a 7 eleven and supermarket. Will go here again in the future

Good staff, good service, good location, good price. Cozy like at home. Easy access to the center. 5 minutes to Tukkom. 10 minutes to Walking street. The rooms have everything you need (safe, wi-fi, air conditioning).

They picked me up from BKK (1300 THB) , the driver didn't have money to pay the toll road and asked me if I could pay . Because I didn't had Thai Baht yet and couldn't pay he got in problem with the highway police. In the lobby was a small nursery were 3 Thai baby's were making noise and crying. The owner , I think he is Dutch , was very unpolite and rude. The rooms were noisy and not very clean. There were no towels in the room , the refrigirator was old , noisy and not clean. The faucet in the bathroom was not tightened and difficult to open. In the bathroom I found large black haires . For me the first and the last time.
