the hotel is in a good area near by the trail to walking, biking and running along the beach. the location is very peaceful with all natures and views at the time of sunrise and sunset everyday. the services are great with friendly and helpful staff to be at the hotel property all times.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room decorations look a little old fashioned but very spacious and comfortable. There's a tub in the bathroom. Nice big swimming pool. There's barbecue on the weekends. The restaurant food is cheap and good. We got a sea view room so we got to see the sea from our window. There's a nice little shore by the hotel that you can walk along. The water not very nice so I don't recommend swimming there. But very nice to walk along and watch the sunset. The only downside is it's far from the city.
We had our misgivings about this hotel when we arrived due to the rather depressing decor but the service is completely excellent. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant to security was always ready to welcome and tend to our needs. There is barbecue on weekends, there’s a giant pool, a beautiful view of the sea on the higher floors and the rooms are expansive and so spacious. There’s a tub in the bathroom and everything from check in to check out with handles with professionalism. There’s even a vending machine that makes up for the fact that’s it’s rather in a remote location
Nice hotel for relaxing outside Pattaya centre. Friendly Staff, They let us do check in 3 hours before than the normal check in time. Also they gave us free a better room view. Awesome pool also. For the sport lovers you have a quiet and long seafront to enjoy. What a great stay in Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort!!
We like this hotel because it's quiet and next to the beach. We were there and there were not many guests due to Covid-19. This hotel and resort is really perfect for relax but to go to downtown it's quiet difficult as we had to call taxi or used hotel
We booked in here for three nights late February 2020. Our overall stay was very good - spacious rooms, great swimming pool and easy parking. Breakfast was good too. The swimming pool is right next to the sea, pop over the small separating wall (in the gaps) and you find yourself on a walk way along the sea, look to your left and you can make out the 'Sanctuary of Trueth' in the distance. To your right, after 2 minutes walk is a small and quiet beach. There is a nice vibe on the sea front, with plenty of people jogging, cycling and walking. During our stay the hotel was very quiet. It is evident that usually a lot of chinese guests might be here as nearby shops had all their signs in chinese as well as thai. With the current virus crisis of course, there were no chinese guests at all. The hotel is a few km away from Terminal 21 but a free shuttle service is offered at set times. The distance wasn't a problem to us as we had a car but just something to be aware of.…
We had meditation event of 43 people, the arrangement made by the hotel was amazing, the staff was very helpful in understanding our requirements and it was successful event, We will definitely plan to have more of the event at this property, very peaceful, Thanks!
We stayed at the Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort while on tour in Thailand. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Everything about the hotel was first rate. There is no beach at the resort, but one is within walking distance as my wife swam there. We would deadly recommend the Cholchan Pattaya Beth Resort when in Pattaya.
We chose this resort for our stay at pattaya. Though the property looks very elegant on the first visit after we checked in series of events turned our mood down. The house keeping staffs are extremely good. We booked a sea facing room from where only a part of sea is visible. It should be better called pool facing room. Now waiting for the worst part the staffs dont understand english at all. At exactly 9.30pm thailand time we went for dinner where a lady maybe the manager frowned upon us and checking her watch indicating why we came so late. We went back as she was not in a mood to co operate with the baby food. Now we bought butter from outside and asked for steamed rice from them which they were not understanding over phone. Seems like they are not in a mood to co operate with english speaking people. Finally we had to go down and order our food. Next we asked the lady sitting at sauna about where is spa to which she bluntly told we dont have spa. But the resort claims it has spa. Food is ok. But staffs are highly unproffesional in the hotel P.s - its far away from the main pattaya beach or nightlife. Would not recommend the hotel…
The front of the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are also very spacious, but are starting to look a little tired. The air con is in good condition and very powerful. The pool is clean and sea view room has a good view. The only down fall is that the room has ants in the bathroom and room. The hotel has a bus shuttle going to a shop centre Terminal 21- you have to inform reception when you’d like to go and come back. Not the hotels fault, but the sea is not a sea- it’s muddy but you can see the boats and had a nice view. It has a small gym, two tennis courts and sauna and squash courts. Overall the hotel is good.
