We stayed at this hotel last month for ten nights.our first trip to Thailand so we booked a club King room as there were lots of privelidges and benefits. My husband and I are in our early sixties and this hotel was fabulous. The staff everywhere were so friendly and the hotel was spotless we had a huge room with an amazing sea veiw where we watched the small boats coming in each morning. We will certainly return soon as this was a first class hotel .Highly recommended .
The Best Hotel in Pattaya. This is a Seven Star Hotel in Pattaya. The Roomes are very big size, clean and fully facilities available in room. The passage of hotel is very spacious and decorated with many best photes and article. The staff is very obidient .
Talk about saving the best for last! Dusit Thani Pattaya was just that! Our room had a balcony view overlooking the pool and beach where we could watch the sun rise and set. The room was immaculate and everyone working there went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. A must stay at a great price!!!
Thank you dusit thani pattaya for my stay awesome. The hotel is so nice start at the lobby until the rooms, the staff are approachable and accommodating. The buffet area also nice a lot of choices, swimming pool is nice This is so amazing I really come back soon.
I am shocked that this hotel has a 5 star status. Maybe in the past, but definitely not at the moment. I rarely write negative reviews as I tend to ignore small annoyances, but the more we stayed here, the more bad things added up. This was the last hotel for our trip in Thailand which was also the most expensive one. Unfortunately, the experience was the worst. Let me start by saying that the luxurious lobby should not fool you. The moment we entered the corridor to our rooms (booked two), it immediately gave me hostel vibes. There was a strange humidity smell which was already mentioned in previous reviews. The same can be said about rooms. VERY OUTDATED rooms. There are rust stains on the bath, lighting is dirty and the door was chipped with a dust build-up. Judge for yourself - the photos I attached speak for themselves. The pools are nice but should be cleaned more frequently. For example, kids pool was full of stuff from the trees and nobody bothered to clean them. Saw the same thing around pools for adults. About staff: staff in the reception, restaurant and housekeepers were nice and friendly. Everyone were nice and smiled to us and our toddler. However, I was ignored by the pool staff as I came with my toddler to pick up towels and waited for assistance. There were three or four staff members who looked at us standing near towels table and ignored us completely until I pushed the emergency button which simply rang loudly. The next thing that annoyed us was the doorman on the day we left. We left 4 bags to keep them for us as we headed out for the day and came back in the evening. As we explained to the doorman he gave back only two bags out of four, he assured us the rest is in the taxi already, which was a lie. Luckily, we went to the restroom and saw our bags inside the lobby. As we picked them on our way back, the doorman completely ignored us as we were struggling to open the door (I was pushing the stroller with my toddler and my husband carried two of the bags). The doorman was three steps in front of us and pretended not to see us. Very sad and This is not a 5* service at all. As we headed to airport and were discussing the hotel, the parents who stayed in the next room mentioned seeing a cockroach in their room. They are shy people who don’t speak English well, and I wish they would have told this earlier because this cannot be tolerated. Now about the good things - the hotel is really in a nice location, there is a huge shopping center right next to it. You can enjoy the pools or go straight to the beach which is in the front of the hotel. There are many restaurants and attractions you can book nearby (parasailing, diving, etc). There is a wide selection of dishes for breakfast, including vegetarian options, and the food was ok. Very nice view both outside or inside the restaurant. We have stayed in Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi which was a completely different and luxurious experience. Dusit Thani Pattaya desperately needs renovation and there is a lot of space for other improvements as well. Definitely not a 5* experience and not worth the price point!…
