What i liked : Great experience in a huge villa with a wonderful layout , huge living room with a very well equipped kitchen , and a big swimming pool ,looking at a huge garden with very big trees....many thanks to the owner ,and many thanks to the respectable and helpful Mr. Boy. What i didn't like : The master room mattress was very hard and uncomfortable , and air conditioning is very weak and unsuitable for the big master room, the walk in shower in the master room had no cold water (just hot) but all other rooms and bathrooms was perfect , they didn't let us using the washing machine (i didn't like that) they have to remove it from room facilities. There was a lot of spider Houses every where inside and outside the rooms.

It has been 5 years since I wrote my last comments about this place - see below our post of 2012 regarding our first visit which was actually in the small bungalows. Since this first trip to the 3 elephants, we have only booked the vip-bungalow. They are obviously a bit more expensive but still more than reasonably priced! But what you get in return is unbelievable: privacy, hygiene, space, comfort, ... just name it. Our bungalow (a villa actually) is over 50 m long and has a private pool and a pond with big fish. There is also a fitness room with aircon. Indeed some mosquitos flying around but those can be found anywhere in Thailand. You can always ask the "coils" i was talking about earlier or buy a mosquito repellant in the 7/11 stores. Just 1 little thing: would have been nice to get 2 sunbeds. But for the rest: just heavenly! Thx Ruud. You do a wonderful job. Nice holidays! Lieve & Erwin.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed! Behind a locked wall only accessible to guests by key is a tropical wonderland. Five private bungalows surround a lush garden and pool. You also have your own private plunge pool/spa, which is great for cooling off after a long day shopping or sightseeing. Airconditioned upstairs and down stairs make the humidity more bearable. There is an outdoor patio area with a fridge and kitchen, so you can cook if you like. An English newspaper is delivered daily along with bottled water. You can also leave your laundry in the hamper and the lovely staff will wash it and bring it back to you the following day. There is WIFI available here. When you get the code, also ask for the address to be written in Thai for you in case you need a taxi. No one seemed to know where it was and we had to offer directions. It is a short walk down to Jomtien Beach and is in a very nice area. The address listed above belongs to the owner, he will walk you literally across the road one minute to the bungalows. His assistant Mr Boy is very helpful and if you need to, you can give him a ring as there is a phone in the bungalow. Highly recommended, would definitely return!

Truly an oasis in what is now Pattaya! It was a delight to come back to the serenity of Jomtien Beach Bungalows. The staff was excellant and most helpful. The bungalow was beautiful with lovely furnishings. A real gem and I would not even consider staying at another location the next time I go to Pattaya.

Rather than go to Three Elephants (and, Jomtien Beach Bungalows) to see Thailand, so great are these accommodations we'd almost say, go to Thailand to stay in these superlative facilities! As owners of a large tropical garden Manzanillo Mexico, we can be rather critical of sub-standard or partial attempts to present such regional horticulture. Suffice it to say these facilities did not crimp on it creation, application or maintenance. This is a wonderful enclave hidden from the bustling city beyond. As folks who have lived and traveled around the globe, we can not recommend it highly enough.

The most beautiful gardens and pool, your own private plunge pool spa, Its location is great a short walk down to the main street to the restaurants, and to catch the Baht Bus to Pattaya You have your own lovely bedroom and bathroom downstairs, an upstairs toilet next to the spa, lovely terrace with an outdoor kitchen to sit and read and relax a beautiful ambiance and would suit a group of people as you could book the whole place out. Its is so private we felt like we were the only people there. The lovely Thai manager Boy was helpful and on arrival into Bangkok airport our driver was waiting so all in all a very easy transfer. I would defiantly go back and stay there especially if friends were coming too. cost was only 68 AUD a night and well worth it, its more of a villa , no reception and no breakfast, but you dont need it everything is close by.

After traveling to 46 countries, and sleeping in tents by the road, to condos looking at Table Mountain, I can say these are the finest quarters I have stayed in. Two bedrooms, court yard, living and dinning areas in both, an office and a private pool. Complete with daily maid service, and a 15 minute walk to a beach, we do not use. All for $95 a night. Oh, and the great room ceiling is not painted, but hung with silk. The owner, and manager, are very helpful and cooperative. There are also one bedroom units, which are also supposed to be superb, but I have not seen them. The only drawback is there is no dedicated web site. I had to go through Homeaway, out of the UK.

Although I have travelled to Jomtien on many occasions, I had never come across The Three Elephants. Upon arrival, it looks like you are in a local soi (st)-not a hotel in sight. A high wall surrounds the property, and upon entering, it was a sight for sore eyes! The Manager, Boy was there to greet us, and provided us with maps and directions in Thai back to the resort. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.Bungalows are two floors, with the bedroom downstairs. Furnishings are lovely, and as there are only five bungalows on the property, it is very quiet at night. I was so impressed with everything, I have booked another week in September!

After a very long plane ride we were picked up promptly at bangkok airport by our driver from Three Elephants and driven approx 1 1/2 hrs to Pattaya. When we arrived in the middle of the night down a side alley we were beginning to think we made a big mistake. But suddenly the door was opened by Boy and that is when we stepped into another world, a picture from a magazine. We were led along a path lined with twinkling lights and lush tropical plants and trees. Our villa, one of five, was a sight to behold. An open air kitchen led the way to our very spacious, air conditioned unit. We had our own hottub and shared pool steps away. Everything was luxury at it's finest. Even included laundry done daily(we tipped of course). It is situated in the better part of Pattaya with new buildings deveolping. Close to shopping, great restaurants, beach and very easy transportation by the little trucks that continually travel around town for only 10 bahts per person(35 cents). The beach isn't the best at the beginning and is usually visited by the locals. We went midway across from a 7/11 for ice cold beer. A beach chair is about 1 dollar for all day long.We thoroughly recommend this beautiful place to anyone wanting the full Thai experience at an exceptionally unbelievable low price. We really can't say enough about this great find. Everything Trip Advisor said about it was right spot on.
