We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and booked through Hotels.com. The price was good although the walk-in rate of the hotel was not so much different. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast buffet was variety from bread, eggs, salad, ham and sausages to rice and noodle plus fruit and Thai Desert. There were many famous seafood restaurants nearby.

Good: Staff (friendly, as normal in Thailand). Location: across the road from a beach and outside of, but close to Pattaya if you want it, and not far from Baan Saray too. Pool is clean. Bad: Bed: ROCK hard! My wife didn't sleep during our stay here, and I woke with a sore back each day. They brought a softer... More

One of my worst experience in Pattaya hotels. Old and silly hotel with a narrow minded management. Needless to say the poor breakfast, they like giving hurdles to guests for using WiFi. Password and settings change everyday. Hair dryer amazing, smaller and weaker than a toy. Full of mosquitos everywhere. Believe me, remove it from your list of consideration.

We booked this hotel via Agoda website, and by the look of the pictures, we thought we would be staying in a modern, clean and isolated hotel....and how wrong were we! 1- the Reception was supposed to be big and welcoming, clean and bright: it was hot (no air con) and filthy. The lady at the desk was rude and... More

Seriously don't stay here. No restaurant, the pool is dirty, the general maintenance is dreadful. The hotel staff are stressed and not helpful. The beach is disgusting, why doesn't anyone clean it up?! The smell around the building is sewage. The room was clean and large, but the second you leave the room......horrible. Breakfast also very bad and dirty.

In a country where you get the best value-for-money for hotels, this hotel is a real waste of your money! First bad impression: 20 minutes check-in process by a receptionist who didn't speak any English and was not well-trained for her job. Regarding the room let's start with rule number 1 of housekeeping: make sure there's toilet paper in the... More

Booked the deluxe, side sea view room. Room: Surprisingly quite spacious, with microwave oven. They also provide a beach bag with towels. The pillow is very comfortable and the air con work great. Breakfast: Simple fare, not really tasty. Location: It is located just next to the beach. There is a car park below the hotel. Overall quite value for money.

I will start with the bad. 9th floor rooms are below the roof area and there is a constant noise all night from air con or some other pumps. This is bad but that stops around 5.00 am, you can then hear the water pumps kicking in every time someone throughout the hotel uses a tap or the loo etc.... More

We had to stop in this area, because our friend's apartment was 10 minutes walk away. I could tell from my research that there was nothing marvellous around here, but this seemed the best of a bad bunch! The staff weren't genuinely helpful - they seemed like they were just doing their job. We were given cards each day with... More

Stayed in one of the villas, decent size room but had seen better days. Dark wooden interior with nails sticking out of the floor boards and a bathroom design that leaked every time I had a shower was not great. However, staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions and were very helpful to fix the safe in the... More
