We have stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room before moving to the pool side rooms,the manager at reception was truly excellent in doing the room swap. In the pool room,our house keeper Eng has been exceptional, making it a really great holiday, thanks to all the staff,who live the reputation of the Thai people of being kind and caring,see you next year, cheers

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This rooms are so bad and dirty I wouldn’t even call it a 1 star hotel from the rooms alone. Filled with mosquitoes and even if you spray they don’t go coz the windows have big holes in them. Even after complaining to the staff multiple times no help was offered. The bedsheets were so dirty we almost couldn’t sleep on them had to get them changed and still they were not clean. Absolutely pathetic. Please don’t stay here.

First trip to Pullman G, won't be our last! We stayed for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Great room, great vew of pool and sea. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs around the pools but for a special treat try out the daybeds. Staff were exceptional, welcoming, friendly and helpful, impossible to name everyone but a big thank you to concierge Joe, Sai, Bow and all the reception staff, Aon in the VIP breakfast area, Jo and Angello in the beach bar - they made us feel like family not tourists and we can't thank them enough. We loved the restaurant but felt the menu was limited, didn't stop us enjoying the food though. For shopping I would recommend at least one visit to Terminal 21 and if you go into Central Pattaya check out Mike's and the Night Bazaar. For transport we downloaded the Bolt App, Thailand's alternative to Uber but so much cheaper…

Good service from K.Ploy and best birthday special gift from this hotel. This is my 2nd time to stay here and hope next holidays too. Nice beach and swimmpool you can relax all day. Breakfast is the most things important.

Very good hotel for family stay. Nice breakfasts with different kitchen (European, Indian and Asian), picturesque seaview from the balcony, good seashore and good outside swimming pools to swim and relax. Very friendly service and working people. For those, who like sports - there are some activities and a nice sports gym. 5 days during week yoga. It's very good for health. Yoga teachers Lek Ms. Jirawan and Mr. Golf (he teaches, when Lek has holidays) are very good and friendly. They make yoga activities very good. Thanks alot to them both. Wifi is not super fast, but ok and it's almost everywhere on territory and in rooms. Bottled water in rooms is complementary and it's very nice. Cleaning everyday is good. So, it was a good experience for everyone in our family (include 2 children). …
