I have been staying in the hotel for three months for the past few years and have always been delighted with my stay, however this year there have been changes which many regular visitors are disappointed with, The biggest concern is the complimentary bus which two years ago ran into the city every hour has now changed to every two... We stayed at this hotel for 2 months. The room was large but never cleaned properly by the chamber maids. The bed was often just made and not changed. Staff were very rude but for one or two. One so much so that every time we walked past she made a point of looking away. The pool was amazing, a... More

Stayed many times before, however this Nov+Dec very disappointed. Staff remain their best asset. Managment however not so good, some 'policy' decisions seem more focused on "profit" than good service. Disabled room previously had 2 televisions; 1 removed making viewing only from bed. Asked for 1 extra pillow, charged 20 bhat/night thats over £10/month for a pillow! Kettle removed not available... We have stayed here in the past few years and returned once again. It is clean and a nice place to stay out of the hustle and madness of some of Pattaya. The staff is very polite and easy to communicate with in all things relative. The restaurant food is ok but you will find more to your liking out... More

Having returned to this hotel for three months for the past four years I am still pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, Most of the rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard, they have installed a hoist in the swimming pool for the convenience of the many disabled guests who return every year,... We stayed for one night as we were attending a party booked in the large function room. From the moment we pulled up in our car and were shown to a parking space in the secure car park, we were made to feel welcome. I've stayed in many hotels and guest houses all over Thailand, and this one I'd have... More

We chose Diana Garden Resort primarily because it was in North Pattaya so close to Pattaya Bangkok Hospital where I was booked in for 'Supersight' eye surgery. I should also state that I'd read some bad reviews, conflicting with glowing reviews online and so I looked at pictures of the rooms. The bad reviews didn't jive with the pictures I... More

What a bad example for cleanliness and friendly staff! Rooms are dirty, special the bathrooms. Bed an bed sheds stinks and not even during complaint it was changed! Restaurant. Food good but surrounding! Bottles and other crab for dust catching! Poor! Nice size rooms. Could be a great 3 star hotel with the right management.

“Our balcony overlooked a quiet service road at the front of the complex, we were not bothered by traffic, even though I saw a bus garage some 80 metres from the room. We never even heard the comings and goings from reception, 30 metres away from our room at the western end of the north facing frontage. Some might prefer a room overlooking the pool on the east side. Avid swimmers may prefer a 2 bed cottage near the pool.”
  • View of the main entrance from the 4th floor balcony
  • Balcony is spacious and comfortable. Towel dryer and closet out of shot
  • Modern flush toilet and full bath with shower set high enough for tall people.
  • Bathroom has full set of towels, shampoo, soap, sewing kit, comb, cotton buds.
  • Twin beds, TV, Wardrobe with safe, Tea & Coffee facilities.

“The last three categories should read very good but computer problems read otherwise.,Having stayed at Diana homes for the past three years I have nothing but praise for the hotel and its facilitiesThis year h's seen some noise nuisance because of the construction of the nearby Mara store now in the construction stage, but at night the noise I minimal and by the end of the year will prove a great advantage to all the residents.”
