First of all I choosed your hotel to stay because I love in M Gallery brand in Accor hotels but I don't feel like I get treat as a member 1. I called to ask about special rate for my birthday 'Bday20' but the reservation said they can't found this rate code 2. I'm accor plus member but I didn't get any drink voucher as my benefits I got only non alcohol welcome drink upon check in 3. I booked suite room and paid for upgrade to suite duplex high room type of this hotel but no club access or any breakfast included 4. Bathrobe it's so dirty like in the pictures 5.Breakfast like Ibis if compared with pullman or movenpick or Mercure =( 6. When I checked out I told reception that I would like to keep my stuff at the hotel for a while, I saw bellboy was busy and reception said 'please wait for bellboy' but they have 2 receptions there and not busy at all i wait around 5 mins after that reception saw me look at them and then they came out from their place to take my stuff why they don't take attention first since I asked why customer have to look at them first before get attention? 7.i came back to the hotel to take my stuff to the car nobody help just look at me and my friends go to the place that they keep our stuff and carry to the taxi by my self Please think about standard , I hope my comments will help you to fix about standards to the next guest or my next visit(If i have chance to stay)…
Nice staff who well prepare for check in process , good location if you need to stay close to the mall . ,fair breakfast since the variety of the food less than my expectation ,overall are acceptable .

There are pros and cons at Baraquda Pattaya, however, I decided to rate it excellent mainly due to its potential and amazing service. Starting with the pros, the service here was exceptional, especially for Khun KF at the Front Desk. She was the one taking care of us from reservation until check-out. Other Front Office and Housekeeping staffs were also very nice and helpful. The location was pretty good, being only one block away from the Pattaya Beach. The room and other facilities were also nice (renovation would be great though). The breakfast, however, was a bit lacking. The menu was quite limited and the staff there seemed a bit confused. And as mentioned, the rooms and other facilities needed a bit of renovation. Apart from that, we were very happy with our stay. I believe that once the COVID crisis is gone back to its original full-time operation, Baraquda can be considered to be one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Another round of kudos for Khun KF. Again, thank you very much for your wonderful service. …
all staff were very friendly and attentive despite the hardship of Corona. However we do did not understand, why management made the stay so unpleasant. We had to take breakfast in the room, where there was no appropriate table and seating. Very poor! Also welcome drink, that we are entitled as Platinum Members were only poor Softdrinks.
