on booking this hotel i did not realise it was actually on 2 separate sites, on different streets. we were dropped off at the main hotel and on trying to check in were told we were in the other pavillion round the corner. the main hotel was a standard high rise but we had booked a pool access room and the other site was much smaller and more secluded. i am so glad we booked this room as i feel this hotel was much better than the other..the staff, the pool, everything. cant comment on the main hotel but i would definitely recommend trying to make sure you are in the pavillion. i think some of the reviews on here will be refering to the main hotel.

Not a value for money hotel. Hotel location is far away from beach. Transportation by tuktuk is difficult to get at night. Old generation bathrooms. Can easily get better option on beach front in the same price!!!!!!!??

Big room with sea view. Wi-Fi is terrible, weak signal or no signal, dropping quite often, very slow speeds. the bathroom is outdated and dirty, especially the shower head. Sound isolation nonexistent, the adjacent room flushing the toilet sounds like in your own room. At first I thought someone broke into my room. You can hear clearly every conversation nearby rooms. Lot of Russians.

This hotel is good.. though far from happening place of Pattaya, on Nakula, but right on the beach. I was on 9 days tour of Thailand with group but this hotel only has provided all rooms together on same floor. All most all rooms having 1 King bed and 1 SGL bed so all rooms can accommodate 3 pax in room. You can view beach from each room. I just want to special mention about Ms.Gaii, on reception. She was much co-operative and could solve any of your problems in minutes !!! All staff are co-operative. For Indian, this hotel is having Indian breakfast too. So, easy in morning to fill Indian stuff. Worst part of this hotel is : They can not control STAG GROUPS - CORPORATE GROUPS who make much noise in entry, lobby and even on the floor..

Luxurious hotel at Pattaya at wonderful location and private beach. It’s closer to Wong Amat Beach. Upscale rooms and suites with gulf views, 5 multi cuisine restaurant serving wide selection of amazingly delicious food in the buffet. The fitness centre has elliptical machines and weight machines. All staff are friendly and very willing to serve everyone. My room was in city view and I can see the sea also. Room is very spacious. Bathroom has both shower area and bath tub. Amenities are good. We stayed here during our recent visit to Pattaya, Thailand.

After staying in Bangkok City for 3 nights, I wanted a beachfront hotel with a nice pool to lounge in. More importantly, our thai friends were fur parents so must have a pet friendly accommodation. So amidst the more modern hotel options available, we chose this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in Pattaya. PROS: 1. Swimmable beachfront during the morning. Waves were strong the afternoon. 2. Relaxing seaview and the coastal skyline from the room balcony. 3. Room was outdated but had the basic features for a relaxed stay. 4. Breakfast was limited but filling. 5. Pet friendly villas available across the street from the hotel but on the expensive side.  6. The highlight is the 2 tier pool with waterfalls. Very relaxing. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Likely due to the pandemic, the staff were few so general maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Pool had dried leaves at the bottom upon opening in the morning. Please look into it. 2. Beachfront had some garbage on top of the sand but not visible. I am raising this because there was broken glass bottle which i stepped on. Fortunately i reacted quickly so did not puncture. The beach maybe your top asset so please assign people to maintain it. In conclusion, we had an ok stay because it was pet friendly. Nothing fancy but the beach and pool were its highlights. But will try other beachfront options which are plentiful next time when we are not with pets.

I really enjoyed the property. We stayed in a pool villa for four days. The rooms are very nice and were really large too. They were clean and the housekeepers were awesome. The view from pool and both restaurants at tower property were great. The breakfast is ok. The property is a bit far from the action on Beach Rd, but plenty of eating options nearby.

Not a Four Star hotel, 3 Stars at best. Very old, outdated and not well maintained. Room was very old, some damage to the ceiling and floorboards. The bed mattresses were very hard. Not worth the money paid and certainly not a 4 Star experience.
