I was not informed by the staff about the pool, gym and steam room. The check-in process is slow. There are two night clubs situated opposite the hotel. And loud sound of music comes until midnight. Windows are not sound proof.

Food is not available after 2pm, Mattress are too hard in both rooms. There is no vegetarian Breakfast and especially for Indians. No cleaning in balcony, I request all Indians to think twice before booking.

I saw at least 5 cockroaches in the room. I didn't feel comfortable or relax as I wanted to. It made me felt depressed and scared to do anything because I always thought I will face the cockroaches somewhere I touched the stuff or equipment in the room.

Positives: Location is decent, although not central there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Big C is about a ten minute walk away as is the big 7-11. There is also a 7-11 right behind the hotel. In addition, there is a Cafe Amazon right by the hotel. The rooms are decent and have everything you need, given it’s a serviced suite. The staff are a positive from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are all friendly and nice. Negatives: Beds are hard. Area is noisy with bars and some music venue nightly and so getting a good night’s sleep with the thin windows was not easy. Shower didn’t have hot water. Gym is rundown and most of the equipment is unusable and perhaps even unsafe to use. A gym renovation is in order. The rooms are showing their wear and little things need refreshing. Overall, given the price point of $15-$25 a night during low season, the hotel is good value.…

Morning breakfast buffet, staffs are rude not even considering travel with kids, never experienced such low morale staffs from any other hotel.we thought it was for a day same behavior on next day morning as well.

A stone throw away from the Walking Street 30bht on motorbike taxi, has every basic needs restaurants, pharmacy, bars, ATM all within walking distance of the hotel. The best part I found about this hotel was the bedroom has double glazing siding doors that let's you cut off all the noise happening in the corridors and sleep in total silence.

Hotel is residential style, comfortable stay in South Pattaya. Price is not expensive, very good value. Service is also good and hope to have a chance to revisit in near future with friends and family
