Please check out my other reviews to see we always leave an honest opinion. We hadn’t booked anywhere in pattaya and I’ve always fancied staying here so we booked it on the day for two nights with the thought of booking it for a further eight if we liked it. Check in was really quick and easy with lovely staff who upgraded us to poolside room which was newly renovated and lovely. The pool was cold but once in it was fine. I’m a wimp also and I managed. Approx 10 beds which isn’t really enough for a hotel this size but in all honesty we never had an issue getting one. There is another level which I didn’t go up to but I do believe there were a few beds up there also. I would recommend maybe some umbrellas for around the pool. There is a large area that could be utilised and isn’t. There’s a lovely shaded pagoda poolside but sometimes you like to be half in half out of the sun and that’s where umbrellas would be useful. Breakfast is 6-10 and a decent selection although I did struggle as I am quite fussy but managed with omelette and toast. I would perhaps suggest instead of pancakes everyday which were a little dry maybe changing it and have cake or something else ?. Staff were extremely lovely in the restaurant. It’s centrally located next door to the new plaza bars, two mins from central plaza shopping and made in Thailand market and across the roads from soi’s 7&8. Perfect. So good in fact we decided to stay for the extra 8 nights and will definitely stay there again as it’s the perfect location for us, . If I had to be picky I would suggest a lick of paint to the outside, new sun beds and umbrellas, and that’s it.

The Ceasar Palace hotel is situated  in downtown Pattaya. It's location is close to many great shops and bars. The famous walking street is about 10 min away using a tuk-tuk. The hotel is built in a colonial style and is equipped as a good hotel is supposed to. An nice pool, a functioning WiFi, a very nice lobby and dining area is included. The majority of the guest are Asian families witch is a good thing, even though I am European. The service is excellent and hotel follow through in every question, wish och complaint you might have. This is very importante for longer stays, and the CPH scores extremely high in this category. The breakfast is well executed but very Asian, but if you ask you can get different menus, there was no trouble at all for me. The Hotel is constructed some decades ago and is compared to other hotels in the area older but is very well looked after. Cleaning is very good. This is a nice quiet hotel suited for travelers that need a bit of privacy and for Families. I do recommend this establishment.

During our vacation in Pattaya we had stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. This is a big 4 star hotel located very close to the Central Festival Mall, Pattaya Night Bazaar and at walking distance from the beach. I had booked 2 rooms for 5 people through Makemytrip at a total cost of 24k. Hotel has big parking space in the front. Check in and check out process was quick and smooth. The rooms were spacious with beautiful decor and attached bathroom had bathtub. Complimentary breakfast was served in the restaurant from 6 to 10 am and had a variety of local & continental options though the menu remained same over the 4 days. It was nice experience staying at this hotel and location is very good with many Indian restaurants located close by.

Good position if you like pattaya , you shouldn't it is the worst place I know , big hotel in a good position but very dated lots of Russian people. breakfast is hilarious what looks like yesterday's leftover dinners from local restaurants rice fried chicken , beef spaghetti bolagnase absolutely awful it's almost a shame because it could be an excellent hotel if someone like me ran it it would be so easy to fix it must have been glorious in its day pattaya is falling apart it's a dirty fetid cockroach rat ridden place with crooks and scammers everywhere the police are also a bunch of cheap gangsters who treat tourists as cash cows avoid this place people it's had its day

Hotel, near CENTRAL PLAZA MALL.Very nice helpful staff. The rooms are big, and clean. Really nice size pool. Most guests are Chinese, delivers by 2 or 3 buses each night. Some Russians too. Breakfast choice,is fine but everything is cold. They do not seem to be able to keep anything warm. At least the European breakfast. The Asian rice noodles might be better. Also big parking, in front of the hotel.

Arrived late at night after a long day of air travel. We stood in a long line for hotel check in. Staff were catering to diamond and seven star customers and were blatantly ignoring our line. Finally our line got verbally aggressive and only then was a staff member assigned to register us. Next morning we experienced the same treatment while waiting in line for player cards. Preferred guests were treated like kings while the rest of us ignored. This attitude appears to be a common theme throughout the property. We will not be staying here again! I can appreciate giving perks to loyal guests but they are doing this while alienating new customers that will not frequent your property in the future
