I was staying around Ban Tai Estate and decided to book 9 nights with them after extending my tourist visa. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the villa! Everything looked immaculate on our first day, appliances are new and of good quality, the floorboards are nice, decoration is modern, the beds are firm, the design is innovative and overall, it is a very good villa. Staff is also very nice and very responsive. I’m writing this review on my second day but you can tell in advance when the experience will be worthwhile. Booking a villa with Ban Tai Estate after staying in Samui for 4 weeks is perhaps the best outcome I could have hoped for! Thank you again for maintaining your villas with such high standards!
We spent 14 beautiful days in this beautiful facility! Everything was perfect: cozy villa with fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms where adults can enjoy the evening while the children can sleep undisturbed. Special words for a fairly spacious swimming pool, was great. Just a few steps from the entrance there is a playground for children, small but our 5 years old boy enjoyed it daily while he waited for mom and dad to pack our bath bag. Not to mention the great management team (Daria in the front row) of the facility, who took care of us around the clock and provided valuable advice on everything we needed. During the stay some things were not ok (overhead shower in the bathroom downstairs and ventilation in the second bedroom), but everything was fixed the same day while we were having lunch. Bravo! We will definitely come back.…
The villa (Mojito) was very spacious for our large group of 10, including children. The facilities were all working well (except during an area outage which is beyond the control of the management). The villa was also cleaned regularly. The public beach is accessible by walking around 5 minutes, there are several cafés to spend the day. A 7 Eleven is at the main street, also around 5 minutes on foot. You need a car or scooter to reach any further destination.
New Indian restaurant in heart of Dalyan Lovely settings with water feature Best Indian food ever tasted in Dalyan Great menu great staff Friendly smiley faces all working hard to please A must to visit on your holidays you will not be disappointed
The villas themselves are of a very high quality, spacious and brand new. Two main downsides were - slippery surfaces around the pools so our kids kept slipping. And there probably 300 meters to the beach - “as the crow flies” but it took us around 15 minutes to walk to the decent part of the beach. Some bigger villas could use golfcarts to drive to the beach though.
