This little family run hotel on the outskirts of Chiang Mai is a hidden gem. It just has the most charming feel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by smiles in true Thai style. The family that run the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. I can't explain what it is but there is just something about this magical place and all its charm that makes you feel content, happy, relaxed and at home. The photos really don't do this place justice. The rooms are full of Thai character, large, spacious and clean. The pool is small and clean, but there are so few guests staying at this hotel that it feels as though you have the place to yourself. Mrs Mai's breakfast was a real treat, and the food in the traditional style Thai restaurant was delicious. We found the best way in Thailand was to order a mixture of dishes and share the lot. Chiang Mai Zoo and the walking street night market are a must see! I have some wonderful memories from my trip to Thailand, but Chiang Mai and this place in particular will hold a special place and be the memories for me that last a lifetime. I made myself a travel rule, that I will not visit the same place twice because there are so many places I want to see in my lifetime, but I would happily make an exception to return here one day in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was about a 20 min walk from Old Town Chiang Mai or a 7 min Grab ride. The staff was incredible and made it such a special stay. The food is amazing and rooms very clean. The energy and peacefulness of the property is infectious, we would definitely recommend and stay again.

A charming place to stay with equally charming and efficient staff. We stayed in the main house in one of the two smaller suites - very spacious overlooking the pool, with a huge bed and polished teak floors. Nice breakfasts and a tasty inexpensive dinner on two occasions. The location is problematic. It is a 20-minute walk to Nimman Road’s shops and restaurants but the sights in the old city are further away. An Uber called by the hotel takes you quickly and cheaply but getting back meant showing a map to tuk-tuk drivers and then guiding them ourselves.

When it comes to price vs quality, you are getting a great deal. The rooms are very clean, normally i am affected by "not so clean" rooms as my nose becomes runny and stuffy which is always an annoying hindrance when sleeping. However here i had the most restful nights without my nose signaling trouble. The owners are very helpful and speak English very well which makes communicating a breeze. Always a plus when language isnt a barrier. I enjoyed the location as it was centered between Old Town and Doi Suthep Traveling to Old town wasnt expensive at all since they taught us how to use Grab and enabled us to go to old town while meeting some of the local people. Some people mentioned noise from the main road which is about 300 meters away and I can say that noise never troubled me whether it was cars or planes. The only thing I would add is improved bicylcles, by being so close to Doi Suthep some people might enjoy a challenge and get a bike to climb the mountain. 5 out of 5! Would come again on my next visit to Chiang Mai

My friend and I joined the Yoga Retreat program in Ruen Come in two weeks ago. It was my first yoga retreat and I enjoyed it very much! All the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful! The retreat program is tailored-made for us! The yoga teachers are very professional and care our needs! We picked vegetarian meals for our trip and the food was so good! Thanks for the hotel owner, Mai, to tour us to her organic farm and have special activity of picking mushroom in the forrest! She is an elegant and healthy lady with wisdom of living! We learnt a lots from her in this trip! The massage is also something that I can’t forget! The ladies doing massage for us are wonderful and friendly! I highly recommend this yoga retreat program for anyone who like to enjoy the natural live of Chiang Mai!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lanna style. The pool area is like a little oasis. Breakfast was great with a daily toorder menu. The reception was very helpful with any queries about the area and tours. The room was large with a rain shower. Great balcony. Only thing to pick was the distance from Maya, a 10 min walk along the super highway. Ok if you intend to use tuk ticks, grab or taxis would not be a problem. Was expensive for me as a solo traveller. I would recommend this hotel as an oasis away from the rush of nimman.

We stayed here for 6 and a half days while we were in Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and clean and in the Lanna style of old Chiang Mai. The staff were amazing and could not help us enough during our stay. We dined in the restaurant and the food was great, they even remembered my companion was gluten intolerant and warned her that her choice for dinner would cause her problems. We did a cooking class here to get a feel for the Northern style of cooking and the Owner and staff went over and above to make it successful. As with previous reviews it is tucked away and the streets are not that good if you want to walk but the staff ordered us a Grab Taxi(Like Uber) when we needed and under 100 Baht would get you anywhere in the Old City. We found showing Tuk-tuk drivers the hotels card would get you home easy enough and you would see more of Chiang Mai coming home the back way. The grounds are nice and kept immaculate, they cook with organic produce from their own farm and this is a well priced gem with terriffic staff to stay at. We will be back sometime. With the Grab Taxi app installed.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel room was lovely, Clean and comfortable, great shower. Outside the room in the main areas It was little tired around the edges but nothing major when you consider what your paying. Pool was very nice and we only used it twice but had it completely to ourselves. Staff were very helpful and booked us taxis and were able to give us tips on getting around and seeing things. Hotel is quite far out of town approx 40mins slow walk to old city but along main roads. The hotel arranged taxis for us for 70thb and we got tuk tuks back for 150thb.
