The hotel is so clean and pretty. I arrived early, but they checked in quickly. I am not good at English, but please kindly let me know. All the employees greet you warmly and help you well. The service is so good. It's a hotel I want to come back to. The first impression is so good.

The front office guy is very nice and helpful. He’s very polite. The room is very clean and comfy. There’s a painting board in the room for guests to enjoy painting or drawing. The hotel is located in Nimman which very easy to commute.

Great modern hotel, great style. We loved how quiet the room was, the large big confortable bed with super pillows amenities jn the room (bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and towels were perfect). Staff is superfriendly: they were very patient with me, great English, advising us where to go to get the best from our money (2 hours beat massage around). Roof top pool is really nice to jse or to relax around. We loved they very diversified and complete breakfast. Do not hesitate!!

Attentive service, clean and modern room in an amazing location. Rooftop pool was very clean and had an amazing view of the mountains and the bar service added a luxurious touch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a great stay! Hotel was attractive, with pretty artwork everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. Best of all, the staff was awesome! For example, I needed to extend my tourist visa, and needed a TM30 form from the hotel. Sai was incredibly helpful, and was able to send me the required form within minutes. This was good because I had been waiting at the immigration office for hours, and she was able to save me from having to make an annoying and lengthy trip back to the immigration office. Really went the extra mile! They even remembered my birthday, surprising me with a delicious cake when I checked out. Anyways, I 100% recommend staying here. It's in a really cool area of Chiang Mai, very close to shopping, eating, coworking, etc. Was a good value for my money — a luxury stay at a decent price. You should stay here!…

I spent four nights at Art Mai? Hotel in the Nimman district of Chiang Mai. The service was excellent, especially Kuhn Knight and Kuhn Sai at the front desk who were beyond helpful and just nice people! I stayed on the OP style third floor, and the room was nice. I really liked the infinity pool on the rooftop. The only area I would not give five stars is the breakfast: any where else in the world it would be very good, but by Chiang Mai delicious food standards it was an average breakfast.

We loved this place. The front desk service is awesome. Sai and Gig are very friendly and served us with juice during checkin. The allowed us to early check in and upgraded our room for free. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience from beginning to end! Called one day early to ask if they could just hold on to my bag because I would be arriving early a while before check-in. They were so kind on the phone and said absolutely. When arriving they had actually upgraded my room complimentary and allowed me to have an early check in!! Also nice small glass of fresh orange juice while signing in was a great touch. What an incredible surprise and warm welcome. The room was extremely unique and clean. Can’t say enough great things about my experience at Art Mai Gallery. I would recommend to anyone and will be coming back.
