Location was excellent - inside the old town near Fah Lanna spa, yet on a quiet street so was very peaceful at night.
Room we had was excellently clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. beds very comfortable with good quality cotton bedding. Front desk staff very helpful. You can book trips directly through the reception and can also hire bikes.

Given the location and the quality felt this really was great value for money and would stay again .

We stayed at this hotel for a few days whilst travelling around Thailand. Male staff member that greeted us on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. We had a top floor room which was spotless. Bedding was both very clean and new looking. If there was one downside however it would have to be the safe in the room. Very small. It bearly fitted an iPad, so if you have a laptop with you on your travels, you will have problems fitting in the safe provided in the room.
Good sized fridge provided in the room to accommodate drinks, snacks etc if you want. The usual tea/ coffee, tv etc. Air con in room was excellent.
Room was cleaned well each day and they did a very good job. Loo rolls, water bottles etc all replaced. 5/5 to the cleaning staff. Breakfast each day is a choice made from a menu with the tea/ coffee, toast and orange juice being self served. The breakfast menu was good but had no Thai food on it. Breakfast was very good anyway. My favourite being the pancakes served with bacon and maple surup. Delicious. Fluffy pancakes.
All in all, an enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Quiet and quaint hotel l, snuggled in an amazing location! Close to the Sunday market, amazing breakfast places and anything else you could possibly want to see while in Old Town. Rooms are simple and very clean, and the AC was phenomenal. It is a small establishment so be aware that there is no food or bar on site (there are a few beers and waters for purchase in the lobby). However there are shops and restaurants all around that you can grab something quickly and easily.

The pool and little garden are adorable and quiet! Would definitely return!

My stay at Cozytel was truly delightful! The location couldn't have been better. It's conveniently close to everything yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering all the comforts I needed.
Despite no breakfast being available, I found plenty of local eateries nearby to satisfy my cravings.

Another plus was the swimming pool, it was a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with recommendations and ensuring I had a pleasant stay.

The holel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this vibrant city. I can't wait to return!

This was the perfect hotel for us - the staff were so helpful and very well mannered. The hotel was very clean and the beds super comfy. It is in the heart of Chiang mai so perfect walking distance to the popular Khao San Road and the Sunday night markets! It was also my birthday during our stay and the staff left me a lovely note with a slice of cake in the fridge in our room - a lovely touch

We stayed for 4 nights and that was plenty in this hotel. Rooms are kept clean but are older style and bathroom shower doors are moldy. Very basic amenities and no face cloths. No hair conditioner either so if you have long hair bring some. They only give you one roll of toilet paper which we ran out of everyday as they are small. Hit and miss on the water in room. One day you get next not. Pool water was freezing and rarely saw anyone in it. Can’t comment about breakfast as didn’t eat there because cheaper options close by. Bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and I’m not that picky- so for this reason I would.NOT recommend this hotel. Bathrooms and beds need a major upgrade.
Staff at front desk have very broken English but friendly.

Spent 5 days at the Cozytel and overall we had a good stay. The staff in general were friendly and offered help and guidance when needed. The pool was pleasant, not the largest but a big bonus on a hot day-it was very cold as it doesn't receive much sun. The cleaning was ok but we had to on 2 occasions follow up on things that were missed. Wifi was good and consistent. The shower pressure was mediocre and the water pooled and didn't flow out too well so a little bath formed by the end of a reasonably short shower. Room was of a good size but no view, just the wall of the next building. The biggest gripe was the noise that the water pressure pump made. The people in the room next door insisted on taking showers after 11pm and then proceeded to have very long showers which meant we had the pump going next to our bed for up to 45 minutes most nights-not something the hotel can do much about but still annoying. Overall, the hotel is very conveniently located in the old town and there was lots to do and anything further away was easy to get to by the various forms of transport.

Adorable hotel, with a beautiful swimming pool.
I had a pleasure of staying at Cozytel and enjoyed every single moment there.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, tidy, featured all necessary devices. The hotel itself is situated in a central area and can access to many places on foot, a tons of cafes and restaurants are just around here.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, more than accommodating in every request.
The swimming pool is beautiful and clean as well.

We have stayed here for 3 nights, everything is perfect.
Location is superb, right in the centre, close to everything but still quiet. The room is clean and beautiful, bathroom has a rain shower. Sound proofing is good enough to block the outside noise. Every single member of staff is really friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Swimming pool is a nice refresh after daytime explore.
All in all, the hotel provides an exceptional stay that was truly remarkable.

The staff is super nice, we asked to check out later and they did not create any problems, but in fact immediately satisfied.

Thank you so much and see you next 💌

Yeah, inside the old town everything is very close! Just rent a bike and you can visit everything in one day! Instead, you can walk and get lost the that net of streets.
