The soi 7 is one of the best place in the old town, full of cheep and excellent coffees, juice and restaurants. I lived in the Manee House in a de luxe room what is very nice clean and comfortable. The steps are very high, so if you are more than 50 ask a room less than 3rd. The girl...

We stayed here for several nights and it was clean and tidy, lovely little pool, nice seating area at the front, cafe/restaurant on site.super location in the corner of the old town right next to a lovely temple, very quiet location away from the busy bars but still only a few minutes walk if you want it. Overall though the...

Manee House is family run and situated in a quiet and beautiful quarter of Chiang Mai Old Town. This gem offers rooms for short and long stay. We were guests of Manee for over 4 weeks and felt very welcome and at home. Rooms come with good matras, basic furniture, hot shower/private bathroom and A/C with fan. Just loved the...

So the guesthouse was apparently nice for a budget hotel, near the center 10 min walking distance 3 floors , thai style. Ok, but there were Bed Bugs in my bed and the day after my body is full of bubbles! And it is not nice now. My first time experience with bed bugs

Deluxe room is clean, bed is comfy and a/c works very well. The shower was ok, but it could be a bit cleaner. Swimming pool clean and very refreshing after a day walking around the city. Coffee shop just next door makes a really good coffee!

This place had a great atmosphere, staff were friendly, depending on which ones were at reception, some didn't speak much English. They had a reasonable menu however the food wasn't as nice as other places. They had a swimming pool which was situation in the middle of the hotel meaning the tall buildings surrounding blocked any sun from coming into...

Got a standard room. Simple, clean, and as expected for the price. If you have young children be aware of the need to 'baby-proof' the room somewhat. For example, we moved the TV off the wobbly stand it was originally on and put a bag in front of the outlets. Happy with the room, though quite a hard bed, but...

Stayed here for 5 nights. Pool and room were clean. Good location, restaurants and good laundry nearby. Nice café at the hotel. The young lady at the front desk is excellent. Things we did not like: Coffee not available till 8am. Cats roam the hotel, go in your room, sit on chair cushions in lobby and pool area. Took 2...

The guesthouse is in a perfection location for the old town, everything is within walking distance even the night bazaar just outside the old town. Great selection of temples and restaurant all around. Cheap taxi can also be located just down the road for trips further than the old town. The room is a decent size, clean, big enough bed,...

Stayed for three nights, very good location in the Old City, I would recommend for the price it was good. The pool was a great touch because our AC did not work in our room (just blowing warm air despite being on the lowest setting). Free coffee in the morning was also nice. Only complaint was the amount of noise...
