We have stayed at Rimping before and were not disappointed on our return. Staff are so helpful and friendly and rooms are spotlessly cleaned every day, as is every part of this gorgeous boutique hotel. Pool is refreshing, food is good and they serve complimentary fruit and desserts in the afternoon to allow you to sample local delicacies. My daughter... More

I stayed for two nights recently. Booked this through TripAdvisor. This hotel beat our expectations, and we four friends extended our hotel for one more day. Breakfast is not lavish, but has good number of items. Staffs were very cordial and helpful.

Our 4th stay at this small but very good hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent as you are able to walk into the town and night markets down the passageway beside the hotel and across the iron bridge. This is a very Thai hotel, the breakfast is not extensive but very good and their Mango is excellent, choice... More

If you want to stay in a jungle kind of accommodation but only have a short stay in Chiang Mai and cant spare the time to commute in and out the city, this is an excellent option. The room was huge. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel rents its bikes... More

We stayed here recently and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you and the location is perfect in a quite area not to far to walk into Chaing Mai. The pool is not huge but enough to cool off after a hot days site seeing. They also have bikes that you can... More

This was our third stay and our ground floor deluxe room was large with plenty of space to relax. The finish and décor is more Thai Style without striving to achieve a higher star rating. The large pool and pool area is surrounded by the two level room complex and is a quiet place to relax. Although small the open... More

Expected much more after reviews and was very disappointed. The staff were not well trained or as helpful and the breakfast average. The pool turned an unusual color so was loathe to try it. I booked few weeks in advance then saw deals after for room being cheaper was an upgrade was given a ground floor very open to the... More

If you are looking for a nice, quiet and friendly place to stay at Chiang Mai, this must be the address ! The place is an open colonial house with rooms around the pool with a lot of tropical vegetation to make you feel you are in the middle of a small village in the mountains rather than 5min walk...
