Booked this hotel because saw reasonably good ratings on Traveloka.com. Really not a great hotel, not very clean or even a good location but had a decent night's sleep despite the noise from what was pbly a compressor outside my room on the 3rd floor. Just lucky I guess! Front desk had several friendly personnel (of the 3rd sex). Not... More

Good location close to the old town square. Tourism agent working next to the reception who we booked our elephant tours / private taxis (for really cheap) from. Arrived early and knackered from long overnight train (which we didn't get any sleep on) but the hotel would not let us use the room until just before "official" check in time... More

With this room status, my family and I walked out the hotel immediately. Although I booked under Asia.go thru Expedia, non refundable bookings. However with this type room cleanliness, I totally... We stayed here 2 nights. Good location and to be fair we didn't pay much (no breakfast) BUT lots of negatives. We didn't mind too much as didn't spend much time in the room: - no safety deposit box - no hairdryer - use of swimming pool in sister hotel do not bother it is awful! - pillows hard and... More

Good location, nice rooms especially those with open balcony. Terrible wifi! It has to be improved! I wouldn't also recommend swimming pool which they are offering in other hotel. But at the end good value for paid money

Hotel is perfect for visitors with car or scooter especially when you visit Chiang Mai for some festivities and roads around moat are closed. Hotel has covered parking under the main building and separate scooter parking. Rooms are on a big side, bed is just perfect and all in all hotel is clean and cozy.

Sharing with friend in twin single bed room. The room is spacious and smell ok. The furniture are a little bit old and unfortunately, they had gave me a torn towel. The bed and pillow is good. They should have changed the water heater, water pressure is slow.

I stayed here for five nights and found it ok for the price but nothing great to talk about it. The maintenance has been very poor and the furniture and interior looks quite cheap. No proper lighting in the toilet and hence I found very difficult to shave inside the bathroom. I found the staff very arrogant and they need... More
