The room is a bit run down, compared to advertised pictures. Pros: good size, well lit room, nice pool, excellent location. Cons: only one staff member was friendly. I was back in Chiang Mai and chose another hotel because of the unfriendly staff. I was here for two nights after a 34 hour trip and 10 hour jet lag. Staff... More

This place is one of the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The people who work there are very friendly. The rooms are clean, comfy and perfect for the price. But the most surprising of all is the quality of the food! We didn't expect the food to be so good in a small hotel like that. The day we left... More

We weren't really too sure what to expect when we booked this place. To be fair, it's a two star hotel so you have to expect the basics. Our biggest mistake was not booking a room with aircon as we thought the fan would suffice. The hotel it's self is walking distance from all the excitement and is very well... More

I really don't know where to start. If you havent got time to read this whole experience, the short story is: massively overpriced, uncomfortable, dirty and RUDE staff, who don't care in the slightest about you, only pushing tours. The real ins and outs were as follows: Booked a fan room. I accept this. I expected a fan that would... More

The salty pool was small and charming with Dokchampa trees. The house decoration was unique such as paintings on the wall and metal chairs. The first impression was good with big window that we can see the sky and view. But the room was dusty when we use a fan. There is some hotel construction opposite this house so it... More

We wouldn't contract a trip with them because it was more expensive that the tour guides of the city. For that reason the recepcionist had been very rude with us. She didn't want to keep our luggage in the luggage room our last day saying that it wasn't her problem that our train left at 20.00. So we had to... More

Located off the Main Street but within five mins walk of everything. Staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you like arranging trips, washing etc.. Really made us feel welcome. Upgrades from a fan room to one with air con which I would recommend due to lots of mosquitos. Highly recommended 😉

We've been stayed here 3 nights. The room is really clean, big and nice. There is a small and cute swimming pool with Just 6 deckchairs. The location is good But you could find better places at the same price in the old city. The breakfast is ok just for people love asian food. No cakes, no cookies, no yogurt.... More

Second time staying there. This time we drove. There is NO parking except in the very narrow soi on which it's located. Be advised. Didn't eat there this time but last time the food was good. Nice pool! Quiet (even on the ground floor. Convenient location, close to everything.

We were picked up by one of the staff members who was at the Chiang Mai train station where we arrived with the night train from Ayutthaya. We took 2 two persons rooms with only a fan, since we had our share of AC after an overairconditioned night train, which costed only 500 baht per room. Great deal since the... More
