The hotel now has three buildings [the newest is almost complete] and an excellent pool with a poolside restaurant! The location is very close to many "places to see & experience". There is also a pretty good lending library. I could never agree with some of the reviews-- and, my American friend has lived there comfortably for many years!!

Good hotel conveniently close to main tourist spots. 10 minutes walk to night market and 5 minutes walk to china town. Quiet neighbourhood and good wifi. Though if you need laundry service just go elsewhere as it is 2 times cheaper than at the hotel. I find that the website was not quite accurate in terms of it having a...

We expected a 'you get what you pay for' type off accommodation but when we arrived they expected us to pay more for some reason or other which we did and this was our first mistake Then we rented motorbikes from them and they accused us of damaging them and wanted us to pay for it! Typical scam in Thailand...

What a sewer. Booked a week. The moronic guests slam the heavy wooden doors constantly. All hours of the night. The night''security'' guy is a thug with a rude mouth and has a habit of talking with his hands instead of his ignorant mouth. I seriously almost knocked him out.One of the workers climbed onto my balcony and stole a garment...

After being in Thailand for almost 3 weeks both north and south I came across this place after a hot day of shopping. I have to say this was the best cup of coffee I have had. The home made apple pie was on par with any Midwest American apple pie I have had.

It started at check-in. In spite of correspondence in English and a reservation made in English, no one in the hotel claimed any knowledge of the existence of the English language once I got there. Then, the taxi scams started. They wanted more than the trip to the airport to take me into the old town, to a specific location I...

I was on the ground floor. The room was a bit musty and there were lots of mosquitos at night. It seemed I was the only one in the hotel which made me feel a little unsafe at night. Power to my room went out twice while I was there.

I used to stay at this hotel all the time as a child while visiting Chiang Mai with my parents and we absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, after this stay, I don't think I will be going back there. We booked 2 double rooms and a twin room at the Prince for our extended family with a price of 800 baht...

I stayed in this hotel when first coming to Thailand. It was a terrible experience. I had to stuff paper in holes and cracks in the walls to keep the cockroaches from coming in. Mind you, I had already asked to be moved from two other rooms because the windows were not secure or the Air Con didn't work. I...

The place is old and run down. Although they try to maintain it but the building and facilities was too old to maintain. Problem of old toilet as usual, slow shower, chock flow trap, dirty stain. Only small soup bar and toilet paper provided in bathroom. No shampoo, no lotion and others. When we request for hair dryer was ask...
